Teaming up funnymen Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg seems like pure comedy genius. Both men got their start in sketch comedy and they also share a common bond with Saturday Night Live.
The duo will star in an upcoming comedy titled I Hate You, Dad.
The film tells the story of a father who encounters issues with his future daughter-in-law. Sandler will play the father while Samberg plays his son.
I Hate You, Dad will be produced by Sandler’s Happy Madison production company and Columbia Pictures, but the project is still in the early stages of development and no director is yet attached.
This could be really funny!
Sandler stars in the upcoming Just Go With It, slated for a February 11, 2011 release and Samberg will next be seen this July in Friends With Benefits.
