La Toya Jackson Bashes Omarosa on All-Star Celebrity Apprentice
Last night was the end of the line for La Toya Jackson on 'All-Star Celebrity Apprentice.'
Donald Trump fired Jackson but not before she verbally attacked contestant Omarosa Manigault.
Reality television hit an all time low for bad behavior when La Toya blamed Omarosa not once but twice for the death of her fiance, actor Michael Clarke Duncan, who died in September 2012.
Sunday's Apprentice task was a 5-minute soap opera sketch for Crystal Light. La Toya, as team leader, got miffed during a rehearsal when Omarosa had to leave early after learning that Duncan's 911 call was about to be released by a tabloid website.
LJ took two pretty good stabs at her team mate during the show. Her first cut was, "Omarosa’s fiance passed away not long ago. He had a heart attack – I’m sure she gave it to him." Later she spewed, "Omarosa is the most evil person I have ever met. She's a no good, conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Clarke Duncan."
OMS threatened her team leader, “I will take you down — I will take you down if you disrespect me –I am not your staff – get that straight. Next time, you fix your mouth!”
In the boardroom the verbal attacks continued as Omarosa defended her decision to leave during a task, “I will never, ever choose Apprentice over Michael. I will never make that decision. And if I have to take care of my honey, I will. I will never apologize for what I had to do — having to hear the last moments of his life played out on national TV — I will never apologize for that.”
Perhaps La Toya feared Omarosa would prevail in a final show down so she brought Dennis Rodman and Brande Roderick back into the boardroom instead.
Trump was shocked by the move, “When it counted you brought the wrong people back to the boardroom — you stood up to her, except when it counted. I hate to do it La Toya, but you made a terrible choice when you didn’t bring back Omarosa, because I probably would have fired Omarosa. La Toya, you’re fired!”
UPDATE: This just in ... Omarosa Manigault's lawyer released this statement: “As her counsel, we have been directed to pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law with La Toya Jackson and any other participating publications or media outlets who repeat or repost these statements.”
We find it interesting that they aren't going after NBC and 'Celebrity Apprentice,' who aired the statements in question. Nor has she stomped off the show to prove a point. In any case, the statements uttered by Jackson have been widely quoted since the show aired last night.
