Actor Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas Baldwin recently announced they are expecting a child later this year.  In other news, the mother-to-be stands accused of negligent business practices.

Hilary, a yoga instructor at Yoga Vida since 2005, has been named in a lawsuit filed by Spencer Wolff, who claims to have suffered serious and severe injuries while participating in one of her yoga class due to "overcrowding" and "negligence."

Papers have been filed in Manhattan Supreme Court state that during a Jan. 15, 2013 class taught by Hilaria, the 32-year-old Yale student was put in a position of "extreme danger" when the instructor "exceeded a safe and/or maximum allowable number of persons" during an exercise class, with only inches between each mat.

Wolff was executing a handstand when his legs smashed through a window.  He reportedly sustained significant injury to his legs from shards of broken glass and was transported via ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A rep for Yoga Vida has not yet issued a statement concerning the lawsuit.
