According to the final autopsy report released Wednesday, a white powdery substance and a spoon with crystal residue were found in the Beverly Hilton hotel room where Whitney Houston died on February 11.

The singer had cocaine throughout her system when she died, and a "spoon with a white crystal like substance in it, a rolled up piece of white paper from off the top of a counter along the east wall of the bathroom" were found.  Residue was also found on the bottom of a mirror that was found in a bathroom drawer.

Two superficial abrasions were found on the left side if her forehead and a superficial abrasion on the bridge of her nose, as well as several other small abrasions on her knees and back.

Whitney's assistant left her by herself while he ran an errand at Nieman Marcus.  Upon his return at 3:35 p.m. he found Houston face down in approximately 13 inches of water.  He and a bodyguard removed her from the tub and attempted to resuscitate her on the living room floor.

Police arrived a short time later and reported that rigor mortis had already begun to set in.

The coroner announced last month in a preliminary autopsy report that the singers cause of death was accidental drowning, heart disease and cocaine use.  Also showing up on the toxicology screening were marijuana, Xanax and Benadryl.

Houston was laid to rest near her family home in Newark, New Jersey.  Her mother Cissy Houston recently gave her first interview.
