Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia De Rossi have purchased the Malibu mansion previously owned by actor Brad Pitt.
The $12 million deal was finalized on Friday. The estate overlooks the Pacific Ocean and includes private beach access, two separate houses, a swimming pool, tennis court and beautiful gardens.
Brad purchased the 4,000 square foot 4-bedroom, 4-bath residence for $4.8 million in 2005 following his split with actress Jennifer Aniston.
Ellen and Portia listed their sprawling Beverly Hills home for $49 million in June. The 15,000 square foot mansion has been featured in Architectural Digest.
