Lindsay Lohan Could do Jail and Rehab Together (PHOTOS)

Many people are wondering if Lindsay Lohan will get special treatment behind bars because of her "celebrity" status.  The big question long will she serve?  There is a rehab program offered in L.A. County jails that she might qualify for, allowing her to kill two birds with one stone.

Lindsay was sentenced by Judge Marsha Revel to serve 90 days behind bars followed immediately by a 90 day stint at an inpatient rehabilitation center.  Her sentence is to begin on July 20th.

Illustrating the unhealthy undercurrent behind the scenes, just two days after the sentencing, Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley quit.  Lohan has since hired lawyer Stuart V. Goldberg to represent her case, after initially deciding on rookie legal eagle Tiffany Feder-Cohen.

There is a drug and alcohol addiction rehab option called Impact Program, started by Mothers Against Drunk Driving.  If she is deemed eligible, she will spend five hours  a day working on this 12-step program, 7 days a week.

It actually seems like the way to go, getting them both done at one time.  The problem is that the full 90 day rehab program would have to be done behind bars.  As it stands now, Lilo will probably be sprung from jail after 23 days and then move on to a rehab facility...likely of the cushy variety.  Something tells us she will be less likely to warmly embrace the Impact Program because of the lengthy incarceration.

This decision is really up to the judge and the psychiatrists who evaluate her as to whether or not the program would benefit Lindsay.  Overcrowding and the non-violent nature of her crime may play into the judge's decision on how much time the troubled actress spends at Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood.

Lindsay spent time at the Lynwood jail three years ago -- a whopping 84 minutes.  See photos of the facility below:
