So much for a facade? Or is it? We never quite know with these two. Today Heidi Montag filed for legal separation, in her own handwriting, from husband Spencer Pratt, citing irreconcilable differences. It doesn’t necessarily mean that the couple will divorce but it appears to be a step in that direction.
Rumor has it that the reality stars are putting on a charade. Some of their former co-stars have spoken out, claiming that this is all for show. At the MTV Movie Awards, Hills star Audrina Patridge said, “I don’t believe it. They’re inseparable and in love.”
Former cast mate Lo Bosworth added, “I’ve worked with them for too long, and they haven’t been filming, so I think this is a way they think they can get back on the show for the last few episodes.”
Filing for legal separation will split the couple’s finances. As of today, Heidi’s earnings are solely hers and Spencer has no legal right to them. Like most people, we remain skeptical. Your thoughts?
