Well, that didn't take long.
Just days after Jenni Farley dumped Zack Carpinello in very public fashion, the Jersey Shore couple is officially back together.
The split lasted almost 48 hours. According to Us Weekly, the duo called it quits on Jerzday, but was back on by the weekend.
Jenni and Zack were spotted taking her two children (with ex Roger Mathews) to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
And no, this wasn't a case of JWoww and 24 keeping up appearances for the kids' sake ... they are full-on together.
For starters, onlookers say they made no secret of the fact that they were fully coupled-up, and there are pics to prove it.
On top of that, Jenni and Zack have only been dating for a few months, so it's not like the kids are really that used to him.
Keeping him around after a breakup would only be more confusing to the children, whose parents are already divorcing.
As you may recall, Jenni kicked Zack to the curb after watching his creepy behavior on a recent episode of Jersey Shore.
The aspiring pro wrestler was groping Angelina Pivarnick (above) with a heavily intoxicated Farley passed out just inches away.
Farley wrote on Instagram after the episode aired:
"After seeing tonight’s episode I’m pretty hurt. I feel disrespected by someone I called a friend and by someone who stated they loved me."
"For 5 months I was kept in the dark about this," she added.
"For 5 months I was naive, probably laughed at and made into a story line that will forever haunt me."
"My heart hurts on so many levels. One thing I learned from tonight’s episode is know your value. Don’t ever lower your standards."
She was talking to you, Zack ...
... but apparently assessment and monetary foray into self-respect that was short-lived. Hey, it was good while it lasted.
One would imagine, indeed, that it would be quite infuriating to find out some deeply shady sh-t happened while you were passed out five months ago, and no one ever told you about it.
One might even think that it would be the end of one's relationship with the parties involved, but apparently not.
For her part, Angelina - who's still freakin' engaged, by the way - issued a statement that was half-apology and half-denial of any wrongdoing.
"The lies about me kissing 24 (Zack's nickname, and also his age) are so upsetting," Pivarnick wrote, pleading for sympathy.
"Because this is something that has really been taking a toll on me, on my fiancé and on our relationship."
Ange added: "I don’t think that the girls know the severity of how bad this can actually get for me and my relationship."
"Right now, I just feel like nobody has my back."
Ya know, when the show first brought Angelina back to replace the absent Sammi Giancola, we were opposed to the decision.
But every group needs a Costanza, we suppose.
After all, Angelina might be irritating as all get-out, but this is TV, and there is something to be said for an great instigator.
Given these events, Jenni will almost certainly punch her soon, and we as a nation need something to look forward to.
