Golf fans were roaring on Sunday in Augusta, Ga., as Tiger Woods took home his fifth green jacket after winning his first Masters championship since 2005.
The 83rd Masters was a signature win and the crowning moment for one of the most remarkable sports comebacks.
Surgery after surgery, mistress after mistress (shout out to Rachel Uchitel), the Thanksgiving car crash, the DUI ... he somehow was able to climb out of it all and prove to the world the Tiger Woods we once adored is back.
And while this year's victory was indeed different from his last - when the now-43-year-old celebrated by sailing the Cayman Islands with his then-wife - fans are beginning to wonder how Elin Nordegren is doing these days.
So, let's take a look into the life of the former Swedish model, shall we?
Tiger and Elin met in 2001 through golfer Jesper Parnevik and his wife Mia, whom Elin nannied for after she moved to the United States, according to Pop Culture.
In 2004 the couple tied the knot in Barbados and purchased their $39-million estate in Jupiter Island, Florida and constructed another 10,000-square-foot home - which is where Woods ultimately moved in 2010 following their divorce.
They welcomed daughter Sam Alexis Woods in 2007 and son Charlie Axel Woods in 2009.
Following the extensive infidelity reports, Woods and Nordegren separated in August of 2010; it is said that she received more than $100 million in the divorce settlement.
She also successfully avoided the spotlight for years until 2014 when she finally opened up to People about how she was undergoing "intensive therapy" and that she checked in with her therapist every week.
Nordegren and Woods reportedly remain friendly for the sake of their kids.
"In the beginning, you tamp down the animosity for the kids' sake," Elin told the magazine.
"I'm not going to deny that I went through the wringer. But I don't think I doubted we'd end up here."
"That was always my dream," she continued. "That the kids can have two loving parents that show respect for each other."
"And I feel that's what they have."
The Daily Mail reports that Nordegren used part of her alimony to purchase a $12 million mansion in North Palm Beach, Florida.
She reportedly donated original fixtures from the estate to Habitat for Humanity before tearing down the property to make room for her nine-bedroom beachside home.
And while she seems to be living a beautiful and luxurious life, the particularly private Nordegren made multiple headlines (once again) over her poor driving skills.
She did, however, agree to go to driving school after getting laughed at for her many speeding tickets.
In 2014 though she showed them!
Elin graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where she attended night classes and received the Outstanding Senior Award in psychology.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, she earned a 3.96 GPA.
"I want to continue to study and learn, but I am not exactly sure how yet," she told the newspaper in 2014.
"My passion has always been psychology, but my interests continue to broaden."
She noted that she wasn't too involved in campus life, as she was always "a little too old for the frat parties."
At her graduation, Tiger's famous ex-wife was asked to speak and she made light jabs at her unfortunate claim to fame.
"It was right after I had taken [a class in] communications and the media that I was unexpectedly thrust into the media limelight," she said.
"I probably should have taken more notes in that class!"
Elin eventually moved on from her global humiliation and began dating billionaire and coal tycoon Chris Cline in 2013, but they reportedly split a year later and remained on-again off-again throughout 2015 and 2016.
Recently, in March 2018, Nordegren decided to part ways with her North Palm Beach home and listed it for $50 million.
Two months later, she sold her beach condo, which she initially purchased after separating from Woods.
The mother of two has apparently made peace with the cheating scandal and sources claim that she and Tiger remain cordial towards one another.
Woods has referred to his ex-wife as his "best friend" and Nordegren has said that Woods is a great father to their children, according to Yahoo! Sports.
And while Elin was obviously not by Tiger's side for this Masters triumph, we are sure she cheered on the father of her children from a new and secluded multi-million-dollar beach property.
We are also pretty sure that Tiger is still partying hard thanks to his Major win, just this time with girlfriend Erica Herman.
And now that Tiger's officially got his game back -- let's just hope he can keep his balls on the golf course this time around.
