Once upon a time, Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams were friends.
However, their relationship broke down thanks to some rumors that Phaedra Parks started that centered around Kandi and her husband Todd allegedly saying they wanted to drug Porsha.
Nowaways, Kandi and Porsha tolerate each other, but that's about it. But Kandi has been talking smack about Porsha's new man, Dennis, of late and it's starting to cause problems again.
At the top of Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi told NeNe Leakes, Marlo Hampton, and Cynthia Bailey that she knew people who said Dennis has a knack for buying women expensive watches and getting their names tattooed on him.
This conversation occurred just weeks after we learned that Dennis did the same thing for Porsha. As if that was not bad enough, Kandi also continued to claim Dennis was with someone when he and Porsha got together.
The ladies felt like it would cause problems if Kandi was to open up about all of this. The ladies reminded her of what happened with Phaedra, and they were right.
The least surprising moment of the night focused on NeNe running to Porsha to dish all about what Kandi said. Porsha was mad, and wanted some revenge.
Kandi later managed to get her word in when Porsha brought the whole situation up during Cynthia's wine-tasting event.
"Okay, lemme just say this, child," Kandi said before opening up about everything she heard.
The most comical moment focused on Kandi turning her attention to NeNe who acted like she should not be part of the conversation.
"I wanna know how I'm involved," NeNe said. "Hello, Kandi. Hello. Hello. Heller. Hellerrr. See, I don't get involved in people's relationships."
"I didn't even think it was conversation-worthy, really," Porsha yelled at Kandi. "I'm happy about him, and I was excited he got the tattoo."
NeNe, Cynthia, and Kandi had no idea about Dennis getting the tattoo of Porsha. For them, it confirmed what they expected of Dennis, and then some.
It looked bad that Porsha was appearing as this "other woman" she claimed she was not.
"If there's anything about him [that happened] before I met him, you know, I could care less," Porsha insisted.
"Well, that's not the way it came off when he was calling people this morning," Kandi replied. "He made it sound like he was highly upset."
Elsewhere, there was more sad news for Gregg following his cancer diagnosis. Gregg's doctor admitted that there were still "circulating tumor cells" in his body.
That's when the doctor told Gregg it would be best to undergo chemotherapy for six months because the cells could multiply.
"I don't want to do it," Gregg said to his wife, NeNe.
"Gregg is very spiritual," NeNe said to the cameras. "I feel like in a case like this, you really have to lean on your faith to get you through."
After going back and forth, the couple agreed that they needed more time to talk things through.
