It gives me great pleasure when seeing stars post throwback photos on Instagram.
Never more was this pleasure apparent than yesterday, when Tori Spelling shared a memory from her 18th birthday party in February 1991.
Spelling's Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star, 25-year-old Luke Perry embraced his co-star as costume earrings (or real? Borrowed from Candy?) dangled from Spelling's ears.
"Celebrating my 18th Birthday with my friend and co-star and envy of millions of girls everywhere (ha ha!) #LukePerry at Bar One which was an iconic Hollywood Club in the 90's! #TBT #90210," Spelling wrote.
Back in October 2015, Spelling admitted to Entertainment Tonight that she crushed hard on her co-star.
"From the very first episode Luke Perry was on, I had a mad crush on him," Spelling admitted, but denied they ever slept together.
"What everyone felt on TV, we all felt in real life."
The show premiered on Fox on October 4th, 1990, and ran for ten seasons.
"Some of my closest friends, actually turned out to be on this show," Perry said in a 1993 interview.
"I didn't think it was gonna be like that at first. When this [show] is over, the friends will stay."
According to Wikipedia (I know), Perry originally auditioned for the role of Steve Sanders (which went to Ian Ziering, thank God).
