She just gave birth to Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana four months ago, but is Kate Middleton pregnant with her third child already?
The 33-year-old royal's increasing isolation - and several other factors - have sparked a slew of rumors to this effect in recent days ...
Kate’s noticeable absences from social and royal events, and her history with morning sickness, have observers asking if she's expecting.
It’s no secret that the couple wants a big family, too; The Duchess has said as much, and has two siblings, James and Pippa Middleton.
Following that desire and Kate’s seclusion, Star quotes a source as saying, “She’s in the early stages of pregnancy with baby number 3.”
The report suggests Kate didn’t attend the recent wedding of Bear Maclean and Daisy Dickson because “she’s not taking any chances.”
“Kate’s third baby is apparently due in late April or early May, so she’ll likely be showing by the New Year," the insider continues.
"She knows the paparazzi will try everything to get the first photos of her bulging swimsuit, [so] she wanted to take an earlier vacation."
"She figures her bump won’t be prominent in November, so she can relax in her bikini without her pregnancy being so obvious.”
However, CDL disputes the pregnancy angle and suggests that her disappearance from public life has more to do with marriage troubles.
Allegedly, Queen Elizabeth II has seen this and summoned both to Balmoral Castle (under the guise of celebrating some royal milestone).
The long-reigning monarch plans to step in to save their marriage after supposedly doing the same during a brief trial separation in 2014.
We're not sure if we believe that either, nor do we see how it pertains to whether Kate is pregnant with royal baby #3, but that's the rumor.
As for the annual Middleton trip to Mustique, it also could have been moved to accommodate William's work schedule ... imagine that.
