We must hand it to Bristol Palin.
Most women this far into their second pregnancy lose a bit of flexibility. But not Bristol. She just proved how far she can still reach...
... for a dig at President Barack Obama, that is!
Earlier this week, a 14-year old named Ahmed Mohamed brought a homemade clock to school in Texas.
Teachers believed it could be a bomb, so they alerted the police... who proceeded to handcuff Mohamed and interrogate him for a number of hours.
The teenager said this incident made him feel "less than human."
In response to the detainment, endless celebrities and Internet users showed support for the boy via the hashtag #IStandwithAhmed. President Obama even invited him to the White House.
Pretty cool, right? Totally harmless, no?
NO, Bristol has now screamed on Twitter.
"This is the kind of stuff Obama needs to STAY out of," the 24-year-old wrote. "This encourages more racial strife that is already going on with the 'Black Lives Matter' crowd and encourages victimhood."
From either side of the aisle, it really is unclear what Palin means here.
Mohamed is a 14-year old who just went through a harrowing experience because he's Muslim. He is a victim, no one (including Palin herself, who blogged that the police "clearly made a mistake" in arresting Ahmed) believes otherwise.
So what is Bristol saying? That Obama's invite will encourage other 14-year olds to get mistakenly arrested?
"Childish games like this from our president have divided our country," Bristol adds. "Even more today than when he was elected."
We're just gonna leave that there and ask readers to make sense of whatever Bristol is talking about. We're exhausted from trying.
