Nick Gordon finally got to say goodbye to Bobbi Kristina Brown.
The late celebrity's former boyfriend, banned from seeing her in the hospital or at her funeral, visited her grave site this week in New Jersey.
Brown was buried next to her mother, Whitney Houston.
The young star died on July 26 and was laid to rest August 3 after nearly drowning and being in a medically induced coma for nearly six months.
Bobby Brown’s daughter had been discovered face down and unresponsive in her bathtub in her Atlanta-area home on January 31, never to recover.
No charges have been filed against Nick, or anyone else.
However, the speculation as to what led Bobbi Kristina to this tragic position has run rampant since that fateful day, with Gordon in the crosshairs.
A lawsuit first filed on June 24 by Bedelia Hargrove, the conservator of her estate, alleges that Nick Gordon killed Bobbi Kristina along with friends.
Was it premeditated murder, or an accident? The wrongful death claim leaves that up to interpretation, but accuses Nick of some serious wrongdoing.
Legal papers claim he gave his girlfriend a “toxic cocktail” that left her “unconscious” before "putting her face down" in the tub, causing brain damage.
The lawsuit against seeks eight-figures in damages.
Shortly after Bobbi Kristina’s death, Gordon’s mother, Michelle, issued a statement on his behalf, saying that her son was devastated by her passing.
“Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart,” the statement from Michelle read.
Gordon reportedly claims she was high and drunk at the time of the incident, but insists that he did not lay a hand on her or cause her any harm.
Nick has lawyered up and not commented publicly.
Time will tell if police agree there is evidence to try him for drugging and drowning Krissie, or whether the lawsuit will proceed sans criminal charges.
