Earlier this week, Nick Gordon visited the grave of Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Many saw it as a shameless publicity stunt designed to garner sympathy for a man who might still be investigated for Bobbi Kristina's murder.
Now, those same critics are claiming that Nick was aware that lawyers for the Brown family intended to make a bombshell revelation today, and he timed his well-documented mourning as a last-ditch effort to get the public on his side.
According to Radar Online, the attorneys who filed a civil suit against Gordon on behalf of the Browns are now claiming that a fourth person was present in Bobbi Kristina's house on the night that she lost consciousness in her bathtub.
We already knew that Nick was in a different room and that Max Lomas - the alleged drug dealer who discovered Krissi and tried to revive her - was spending the night.
Lawyers for the Browns say a young friend of Bobbi's named Danyela Bradley was also in the building, and she may serve as both witness and motive for Nick's actions.
Bradley was reportedly dating Lomas at the time of the incident, but insiders say Gordon had developed an obsession with the 18-year-old.
Sources say he spoke openly about his desire to date a "pretty little white girl" like Bradley. The girl's mother says that Danyela told her Nick "did something to [Bobbi Kristina]" on the night of her drowning.
The civil suit claims that Gordon drugged Bobbi Kristina and then placed her face down in a tub of cold water, causing her to suffer brain damage.
Attorneys are now saying that he then went and laid in bed with Danyela.
Bradley has yet to speak publicly on this version of events, but she'll likely be called to testify when the civil case goes to trial.
