Yesterday, we reported that Jared Fogle plans to plead guilty to a number of sex crimes following an investigation that turned up a number of shocking secrets about the Subway spokesman's past.
Fogle's trouble began when he his home was raided in a search for child porn, but now it seems the 37-year-old father of two might be facing even more serious charges..
TMZ is now reporting that Fogle is being accused with soliciting sex from minors, a crime that could land him in prison for a very long time.
The criminal complaint against Fogle claims that he texted 14 victims (all of them minors) offering to pay money for sex and received illicit photos from several of the young girls.
In court documents, Fogle is accused of traveling between Indiana and New York City in order to pay for sex with teenage girls several times between 2010 and 2013.
Under the terms of Fogle's plea deal (which has not yet been accepted by the court), he would be required to serve 5 years in prison, pay out $1.4 million in restitution, and register as a sex offender.
Fogle reportedly turned himself in to the FBI moments ago and is currently being processed.
