Though the autopsy of Bobbi Kristina Brown showed no signs of foul play, court documents filed today include shocking allegations that she was drugged and forcibly drowned by her boyfriend Nick Gordon.
The documents - obtained moments ago by TMZ - are part of a $40 million dollar lawsuit filed by the Brown family back in June.
The suit claims that Gordon returned home at 6 am on January 31 after binging on alcohol and cocaine all night.
He allegedly reviewed security camera footage and became irate over what he believed was evidence that Bobbi Kristina had cheated on him.
Lawyers claim he proceeded to scream at Krissi in front of witnesses and forced her to take a "toxic cocktail" of drugs that rendered her unconscious.
According to the report, he then dragged her to the bathroom and placed her face-down in a tub filled with cold water.
Fifteen minutes later, she was discovered by Max Lomas - a mutual friend of Nick and Krissi's.
Nick, meanwhile, had allegedly retired to his bedroom, where he told a female guest, "Now I want a pretty white girl like you."
After nearly six months in a coma, Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26.
Sources say the death was investigated as homicide at first, but Gordon was cleared of suspicion following her autopsy.
There is no word yet on whether the investigation will be re-opened in light of these latest accusations. Story developing.
