Yesterday, we reported that Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith might be back together yet again, despite their tumultuous breakup earlier this spring.
Now, it looks as though the reconciliation was about as short-lived as Jenelle's latest stint with sobriety. (We're saying not very long at all.)
Brace yourselves, but ... the Teen Mom 2 firebrand is reportedly wanted by local police after brutally attacking Griffith early this morning!
TMZ is reporting that Griffith called the cops on Evans after she lured him out of his home by claiming that she was damaging his car.
When Nathan went outside, Jenelle reportedly slapped him, punched him, and attempted to kick him down a flight of stairs.
Griffith says that when he tried to re-enter his home, the mother of two choked him and clawed at his face with her fingernails.
The police report says that when cops arrived on the scene, Griffith was found with a ripped shirt and scratches and bruises on his neck and face.
According to the celebrity news website, Jenelle had fled the scene after awakening neighbors by screaming, "He won't give me back my son!"
Nathan claimed that Jenelle, who gave birth to the couple's son Kaiser last summer, appeared to be severely intoxicated at the time.
Griffith was arrested for assaulting Jenelle back in March, but sources close to the situation claimed from the start that Evans was actually the assailant.
Jenelle Evans' whereabouts are currently unknown, but police say she will be arrested when she is found. Story developing ...
