In the latest promo for Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer, the Olymipan-turned-reality-star talks about the ways in which his children have been affected by the intense media scrutiny of his gender identity.
"I can't hurt my family," Bruce says in the clip, and while he doesn't go into specifics, we can assume his greatest concern is for his teenage daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
There have been conflicting reports regarding how well Jenner's kids and step-children have been dealing with his very public transitioning process, but several sources are now claiming that 17-year-old Kylie us having a harder time than her older siblings.
According to Radar Online, Bruce's breast implants were the final straw for Kylie, and she's been avoiding her father ever since he underwent the surgery.
"Obviously, it has to be very hard for a teenager to have a father go through a sex change, and it seems she is embarrassed," says one insider.
"Kylie is just shutting Bruce out and it’s breaking his heart. Offering to go to counseling with Kylie hasn’t helped. He has no other choice but to let Kylie do her own thing, and hope she will eventually come around.”
The source adds that Kylie "keeps promising to visit Bruce" but has not done so in the weeks since his operation. Who knew anything could make the queen of the racy Instagram selfie feel shy?!
