Tuesday on 19 Kids and Counting Season 15 Episode 15 and 16, Jessa and Ben moved into their new home, while Jill and Derick prepared to be parents.
That led to some lighter moments, but things turned serious as little Josie Duggar, 5, suffered a seizure and the Arkansas family sprung into action.
Follow along as we recap the Duggar double shot on TLC Tuesday:
On 19 Kids and Counting Season 15 Episode 15, Jessa cooked dinner for Ben after they moved into their new home, and Josh gave Derick a fatherhood pep talk.
While Ben and Jessa were away on their honeymoon, the remaining Duggar family members, led by Jana Duggar, renovate their bedroom for their return.
They had to start pretty much from scratch it felt like, but no one was more clueless about the job ahead of him than soon-to-be dad Derick Dillard.
Derick admitted that he couldn't imagine having to take care of three kids, let alone 19, but he seems like he's doing well with Israel Dillard thus far.
Maybe he'll work his way up, and hey, we all go from zero to one at some point, which is the toughest adjustment. Luckily, Josh was a big help too.
Back from their honeymoon, the now-pregnant Jessa Duggar tried to follow through on what she learned in Italy and become a master of the kitchen.
She may want to just hire Jana Duggar full-time at this point (not that Jim Bob doesn't have that locked down) but you gotta love the effort she put in.
As for the couple's bedroom, with the help of Michelle's old friend, and despite Jim Bob's state of denial about the decor, they brought it into 2015.
On 19 Kids and Counting Season 15 Episode 16, while Michelle and Jim Bob were away in Chicago, young Josie began seizing under Jana's care.
Born at just 25 weeks, and just over a pound, Josie has been a fighter since day one, and she showed it here after she suffered this medical crisis.
"She was just sitting there, staring, and then started jerking," said Jana, as everyone, including the TLC show's producers, rushed to her assistance.
"One of the little glitches for Josie is that if she runs a fever, she does have the tendency to have febrile seizures," revealed Michelle Duggar later.
At the hospital, the doctors ran a CAT scan to ensure that everything was normal in Josie's brain, and despite the scary moment, all was well in the end.
Though "it took her a little while to get back to normal," Josie was allowed to go home.
The little one welcomed her parents home with open arms the very next morning.
"I was glad when mommy and daddy came home," she said. "I'm all better now!"
