January 7 will mark one full decade since Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston announced their separation.
Aniston became the poster child for jilted lovers with enviable hair after Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie, but amazingly - 10 years and 147 kids later - she says that she and Brad are actually on good terms with one another.
Asked about her feelings toward Pitt in a recent interview, Aniston replied:
"I don't find it painful. I think it's a narrative that follows you because it's an interesting headline. It's more of a media-driven topic. We've exchanged good wishes and all that sort of stuff with each other, but [keeping in touch] is not a constant thing."
Aniston speaking openly about her relationship with Pitt is pretty rare. Aniston stonewalling reporters when asked about her possible engagement to Justin Theroux, however, is nothing new:
"We know what our truth is and [the rumors are] all just static," Jen vaguely replied when questioned on the topic. Yeah, not a whole of new information there.
There was a lot of speculation that Jen probably sank into a deep depression after Brad and Angelina got married over the summer, but we're guessing she was cool with it.
After all, it took Angie ten freakin' years to get Brad to put a ring on it, and she's one of the biggest movie stars in the world.
Jen got him to commit in a fraction of that time while she was still getting her Rachel Green on.
Never underestimate the power of a trendy hairstyle.
