She admitted as much on camera, saying only the "bond" she has with her daughter prevented her from "ending" her life.
Fortunately, however, Kendra appears to be feeling much better these days.
Donning a shirt that read “To Thine Own Self Be True,” Wilkinson hosted a birthday party for five-year old son Hank Baskett Jr. on Saturday, looking like a proud and happy mother in at least one photo from the affair.
"We had about 20 little ninjas running around my house today for my boos party," Kendra wrote on Twitter. "I'm wiped out. #Timefortheafterparty."
Wilkinson later added:
"My best buds @iamjessicahall n Brittany were here celebrating Lil Hanks 5th bday. Couldn't be happier. Maybe I shoulda brushed my hair though lol."
The former Playboy centerfold has had plenty to worry about of late aside from a few locks being out of place, of course.
She and husband Hank Baskett have been batting rumors than the latter received a hand job from transgender model Ava London this April.
Baskett has admitted at time to some kind of wrong-doing, but the full truth has never come out (perhaps because the entire story has been concocted for reality TV, many believe) and Kendra has vowed to stand by her man.
But it hasn't been easy.
Kendra and Hank "seemed like they [were] trying to move forward and put their past behind them," a witness told E! News of the couple’s Christmas Tree shopping trip in Calabasas last week, adding that the adventure "all about the kids having a good time and [all four of them] spending time as a family."
They're also maintained a united front when it comes to their kids.
"As a father I couldn't be more proud of the young man that has blessed my life and many others!" Baskett wrote on Instagram this weekend. "Today celebrates 5 amazing years having Lil Hank in my life!"
