Molly Shattuck, a 47-year old who cheered for the Baltimore Ravens in 2005, has been indicted on charges that she raped a 15-year old boy.
According to authorities, the Delaware resident has been charged with two counts of third degree sexual assault due to an alleged incident that took place in September.
Via TMZ, officials say Shattuck struck up an inappropriate relationship with the unnamed teenager in May after seeing his photo on Instagram.
She then initiated physical contact in the car of a middle school parking lot by kissing and touching the student.
Then, over Labor Day weekend, investigators say Shattuck performed oral sex on the boy a minimum of two times at a beach house she was renting… with her own kids.
According to legal documents, Shattuck reportedly told the boy that if "he wanted to have sex, she would." But the boy "opted out [and] decided to leave. At that point, she told him to come back later, but he did not go back."
Police have executed a search warrant in an attempt to find evidence that corroborates the boy’s story (i.e. that Molly wore pink underwear), while turned herself in to authorities this morning and was released after posting $84,000 bond.
You don't hear this kind of report about a ex-cheerleader too often. About a teacher, however? Well...
