Just days after declaring she was with him for life, Kendra Wilkinson has reportedly dumped Hank Baskett after all, declaring herself single on the set of a new reality show.
Kendra, who said last week she would never divorce Hank Baskett, landed in Australia to take part in the UK reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
There, she divulged that they have broken up, and based on her comments, it must have been recent ... but is it just to build hype for her latest TV venture?
Asked about the claims that Hank had an affair with transsexual model Ava London, Kendra told Dish Nation: "That is what I am trying to escape from."
"I am going to have some thinking time in the jungle. It’s going to be good to be away from all of that," the 29-year-old added. "I’m single for the time being."
Okay, so it is totally all an act for the show. Figures.
Wilkinson adds that she's open to romance in the jungle, with the caveat, "I’m still battling the post baby body. I don’t want to startle people with my body!"
"I don’t know what I’d do if there is a Tarzan in there who wants to sweep me off my feet. I’m quite picky about men. I do like a British accent though."
Kendra, who as you know if you watch Kendra on Top online has a lot on her plate, says she agreed to do the show because "I’m scared of everything."
"I’m here to conquer my fears. I’m a wuss."
"I’ve never seen I'm A Celebrity before and I didn’t want to after I signed up. I want to go in blind. I don’t want to freak out. I have no idea who is going in with me."
"I hope it’s a good group of people."
K-Dubs said the hardest part of the experience is going to be being apart from son Hank Jr., 4, and daughter Alijah, who will be six months old next week.
"I’m going to miss the kids the most. I feel like I’ve been gone for a year already, but it’s only been one flight," she admitted, but added: "I’d love to be the jungle queen."
"I might even catch some jungle fever!"
Or at least a nice paycheck. Sorry to hear about their fake breakup, but we have a hunch she'll bounce back into things as soon as she returns to the States.
