Last weekend in their native state of Arkansas, Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald got married in front of an estimated 1,000 family members and friends.
In a moment that reportedly shocked some of the attendees (including Jessa's parents) Jessa and Ben refused to kiss in front of the crowd after the ceremony.
They opted to enjoy the moment someplace private, the pastor announced.
Good for them, right? Well, a friend of the Duggars who's also a conservative Christian blogger claims that the Seewalds did more than just kiss during their time alone ...
Writes the blogger, who goes by the name Mary B:
"Multiple people were discussing that when [Jinger Duggar] opened the door to get Jessa for the reception, she immediately closed the door with a look of shock on her face."
"My own daughters saw as well. I am not sure why they would not wait for the evening to pray and then consummate God's marriage."
"The Lord has blessed them and brought them together. To hear so many people discussing what they inadvertently walked in on was troubling and heartbreaking."
"I believe Jessa and Ben are deeply in lust with each other."
If Mary B believes that Jessa and Ben's relationship is driven by lust, then she's probably not a fan of the photo of Jessa and Ben kissing (above) that the new Mrs. Seewald posted on Instagram today.
That thing is downright racy by Duggar standards!
In accordance with the well documented Duggar courtship rules, Jessa and Ben were not permitted to kiss or even hug face-to-face until they were married.
They did sneak one real hug in after he proposed, but this 19-year-old man and his 22-year-old wife had gone about 13 months subsisting on side hugs.
If they did consummate the marriage at the reception, can you really blame them? Sure, you gotta lock the door, but that's just a classic rookie move.
But we get it. That's a long time, and these are passionate people. If you follow them on social media, they are far less reserved than Jill and Derick Dillard.
We're not saying we know for a fact that they engaged in this behavior, but if they did, we understand. One thing leads to another when you start kissing.
Either way, you can watch 19 Kids and Counting online to see Jessa and all the other Duggar kids fight off temptations of every kind at every turn.
