Ariana Grande's brother Frankie is a currently a contestant on Big Brother, but if outraged viewers have their way, the 31-year-old may soon be booted out of the house.
One of the show's most memorable scenes this season featured Frankie learning of the death of his grandfather, but now Grande is receiving a very different kind of attention:
On the show's 24-hour live feed Saturday, Grande made a joke at the expense of fellow housemate Victoria Rafaeli that has her family demanding an apology from his pop star sister and requesting that producers fire Frankie from the show.
In the clip above, Frankie encourages two male cast members to "double team" Victoria and "take all of her virginities." The men involved point out how inappropriate the comment is, but that doesn't stop Grande from making a series of crude sexual gestures.
It's not hard to see why Rafaeli's family is upset:
"I want Frankie to imagine people saying this stuff about his sister and see if he thinks it's funny," Victoria's mother told TMZ. She added that she believes Grande's comment made her daughter "a target for rape."
Ariana has not yet commented on the controversy, but is expected to issue a statement in the near future.
