Mimi Faust says she is "indifferent" to Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Season 3, despite the sex tape diva's seemingly enhanced and prominent role in the drama.
"When you film, you think it’s one way, once it gets edited and you see it, it’s something completely different from what you thought," mused the reality star.
"Honestly, I think we’re going on [Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta Season 3 Episode 4] this week but I haven’t really watched. It will just make me mad.”
The star of the Mimi Faust sex tape said “it’s been that way since the beginning” and by now, she’s used to being in a “ box where they want you to be.”
“It takes all different types of characters and people to run the machine that is Love and Hip Hop,” Mimi acknowledged, adding, "you have to have a villain."
"You have to have the stupid girl, you have to have the naive one, you have to have the bad girl. I get it, but am I doing cartwheels about it? No [laughs]."
"I mean, at this point, it’s a job and I look at it as such. I'm a little indifferent."
Mimi went on to discuss her disdain for her “role” on the show, saying that at this point, she knows people will judge her and she has no control over it.
“So if the rest of the world wants to watch 5-6 minutes and judge my whole life and me as a person on 5-6 minutes that they see on a TV show? That’s their ignorance."
"There’s NOTHING I can do about that. I’m going to keep doing what I do, they can keep doing what they do, and it’s not going to make a damn bit of difference.”
