Plastic surgery obsessed, quasi-famous Justin Bieber look-alike Toby Sheldon was found dead at a tragically young age last summer.

Thanks to a new report, now we know why.

Toby Sheldon died from a strong cocktail of drugs, according to TMZ, which obtained and published the results of the autopsy report.

Sheldon (real name Tobias Strebel) had all kinds of dangerous narcotics – painkillers and prescription drugs – in his body when he died.

There was no apparent trauma or foul play involved, just a whole lot of bad things you don’t want to be taking too much of or together.

The L.A. County Coroner listed the substances he had in his system, and it’s basically a list of drugs you shouldn’t take or mix together:

– Painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone, diazepam (Valium).

– Sleep aids zolpidem and temazepam, alprazolam (Xanax).

– Alcohol

The official cause of death is listed as "multiple drug intoxication," which would pretty much sum things up after everything listed above.

Officials also recovered syringes and a bottle of insulin.

All of these items were found in the Motel 6 where Sheldon was found unresponsive in the San Fernando Valley in August of last year.

Toby and his plastic surgery-loving ways made him a minor celebrity who appeared on the likes of Botched and My Strange Addiction.

It be believed he spent upwards of $100,000 on cosmetic surgeries with the goal of looking just like global pop megastar Justin Bieber.

He was only 35 years old when he died.
