Seems like Babs and the other old lady were on a 6 year revenge streak. Absolutely hilarious. Old women in their 80's fighting like they were little school girls. Some people will never learn. What a waste of precious life that it is all about gossip, conjecture, gastric bypass, bitchiness, wrinkles, hatred, etc. Wow. I have lost all respect for Babs and I never had any for Joy. Why this idiotic tv show is even on the air bemuses me. Guess they have a following, is it an old persons thing that one reverts to grade school behavior? lmao.
I find it interesting that they wanted her to be so "honest" about her gastric bypass but they wanted her to lie about the reason she was leaving the show. I really think Barbara made herself look like a bully.
What was up with Whoopie and Sherry? It was like they were not even there and they had on these sour faces. I would prefer Star Jones over Sherry because Star has personality and is smart, The View started out with strong, smart women and now it is a dumbed down show that I do not watch anymore. Good for Star that she went out on her own terms and did not lie; otherwise, the lie would have haunted her for her entire career. Barbara wanted Star to lie so Barbara would not look bad - Barbara is such a hypocrite - how many other lies has she told in her "journalistic" career? As a viewer, I do not trust Barbara.
Star Jones is a self absorbed classic narcissist. "my, I, my own" blah blah, truth is everyone at ABC had her back (although i cant imagine why) and she had no one's. She is not a team player and revealed, years ago, her inability to exercise loyalty. She was provided an opportunity here to put rumors to rest and make peace (perhaps apologize for pulling the rug out from under her colleagues) but instead she takes not responsibility for her actions - proving what an unprofessional arrogant poser she is. Final point goes to The View. Btw Sheri and Whoopi didn't say anything because they were not present when Star abandoned her post, it was not their place to "get involved" in the discussion.
