I don't think he said anything wrong. He has disdain for the SIN of homosexuality as in the bible. He's more of an entertainment value for the sermon; as he was showing his duck calls. I have disdain for the SIN of homosexuality, as I do for ALL THE OTHER SINS. I have my gay friends and I don't treat them bad or judge them. Phil said the same damn thing but that's omitted from the public record.

I stand behind Phil 100 percent in God We Trust remember that!!!
god bless you,
Actually if you look at the bible, all the anti-gay parts are in the old testament. yes it does say in the OLD TESTAMENT that gay is sin, however it also says that you are an abomination if you eat anything from the sea without a fin (example: shrimp). However if you look in the NEW TESTAMENT, jesus took down all the old rules of the old testament, minus a select few (none to do with gays) saying that they were outdated and wrong. He then set up a new set of rules, all of which were about peace, love, respect, and living your life without hate, and ill will towards others. In the new testament he never said anything about gays, not one thing. I dare you to prove me wrong, show me the Scripture in the NEW TESTAMENT that says homosexuals are wrong, and ill admit that I was wrong.
This is for Travis, its not giving me a reply button for him: Yes but keep in mind about Romans 2:1-6 "Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. 2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. 3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? 4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? 5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; 6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds." Also, I dont mean to offend, but the bible was written by man, under the idea that the man was under the impression of god. And since then it has been translated, and re-translated lots of times once again by man. My original statement still stands. Love, peace and friendship were always the message. Jesus may have spoken about sins of the past that involved a man with another man, but his point was that we all needed to get past it and live in peace with one another.
Romans 1:26-27 Yes, my friend, the same God wrote the Old Testament that wrote the New. He never changes...
