I think she done the right thing by recording and (hopefully) reporting this weirdo !!!! Being handicapped isn't easy and seeing someone that is able to park farther away and walk take a parking space reserved for those of us who have real physical handicaps makes me very angry !!! The fines should be more than $100, and it should carry at least 24 hours in jail or community service, that would stop a lot more people from taking these spots, especially if they were made to perform community service...maybe work with others who are handicapped!!!
