This song by Jessica Sanchez was not only the best song performed last night on american idol, it was her best performance this entire season. And, i'll take it one step further. This song ("And I'm telling you") from Dream Girls, is the single best song sung ever by any artist on American idol, by the person i have now come to believe is the best singer ever on this show! The performance was simply jaw-dropping; breath-taking! The fact that this came out of a 16 year old singer is just remarkable. This performance had no equal ever on idol, and frankly, has no equal by anyone that has ever sung this song! One of the best renditions of any song i have ever heard!
They are both incredible singers, but Jessica is only 16, and she sure don't sound like a kid, she's amazing, I had her picked along with Joshua right at the beginning to be in the final. So far I've been dead on with the final winners in the other two contests, X and the Voice, both picked right at the beginning. Not often does one experience what I did on that stage on Wed.

Brooke White's tears come from the authentic, good soul that she is. Her heart was breaking because she was overwhelmed with the experience she had with the show and the gift that it brought.

LOL! Robert... bet not all "kid" can really sing a song like what this "kid" did. She sang it great.
