   This concert was free to the winners of a promotion. The purpose of the concert was for taping for rebroadcasting. The "fan" was probably so excited she was calling all her friends. But she knew in advance that she should not have been shouting on the phone. Adam was as sweet and polite as he could be under the circumstances. Someone in management should have done this for him. She was quite oblivious and disruptive. This was not a concert she payed to get in. It was a taping session.
