Its not fake though xD Why would she have made a confessions video (which she never said it was red dye?) and that 'blob' is a blood clot.
It's fucking fake. if it was real blood, the cotton would have been a lot darker than that; I should know I'm a female. And in response to the blood blob, she could have taken that off of the toilet tissue when she wiped herself and stuck it on there then washed her hands. It's so obviously fake.
No, this is not fake. There is clearly a blob of blood on the side of the tampon. Last time I checked food coloring is a liquid, not a plasma.
It's been proven that it was actually red food colouring. Giovanna also done a confessions video, so leave her the fuck alone. Yes, it was disgusting but it wasn't real.
