Bob Costas Gun Control Rant

Since Jerry Brown for the Dallas Cowbows was killed this week in a drunk driving accident by his friend Josh Brent, we can only conclude one thing. If they had not had access to cars he would be alive today. People should not have access to cars. Same logic. Exactly the same. If you wanted to make a statement that makes sense, it would be the following: If none of the above parties had been intoxicated the nights of their respective incidents, all would be alive and out of jail. The Kansas city player was drunk to the point of being passed out in his car just hours before, and the other was a DUI accident. Alcohol kills MANY MANY more people the firearms, and destroys even more lives. I am not saying I approve of taking rights, Im just saying Costas is an imbecile. If he wanted to save lives, he would want to ban alcohol and cigarettes.

So you conclude as fact that he could not strangled her and hung himself? He could not have cut her that and stabbed her in the heart and hung himself? Wat about a hammer? Poison? Bob Costas is a mental midget with a mediocre mind! Get off the air ways!

No Gun available to commit a crime? ... there is always a knife, a rock, an SUV, a lamp, a frozen leg of lamb, an electric cord, a rope, a baseball bat or any other device deemed hazardous when applied liberally to the soft parts of the upper torso or head of a human being.

How is it that people who know nothing about the facts concerning the use of guns have no problem in sharing their ignorance with the rest of us. If a criminal robs a bank he's not going to drive away from the crime doing the speed limit because it's the law. Neither will he change his use of a gun to perpetrate the crime in the first place. Gun control laws take guns from only one group of Americans, law abiding citizens. Then what happens when an armed intruder enters their home? Will Costas be there to protect them with his dull wit? And to put a fine point on this, every country that has taken away their citizen's rights to possess a firearm have seen a marked increase in violent crime. That can't be argued. It is a simple statistic that I'm sure gun control nuts like Costas would love to sweep under the rug.
