Ten years probation is going to difficult for him to do. He will violate his probation, and hopefully it will be brought before another judge, and he will serve the rest of his time in prison - or more - depending on what he does to violate. This is a total miscarriage of justice! In Texas of all states. Shame on you Texas!!
