I'm not sure why people are so shocked. I've seen worse, much worse on TV. It's ok for women but not for men? You go Adam! You rock! All this did was get you in the spotlight and that's great! If people don't like you, they don't have to listen right? Kick ass performance!

Its no worse than any other singer / actor that shows more than the average person wants. This has gone on for many years and will never stop happening. Some other fool will step into those shoes to get more public... Why bother to make them the bad guy/ or girl....

Too bad he didn't pick a song that showed off his vocal range.. his songs on Idol were much better. As for the 'act' nothing really shocking there, its all theater.
