Willow Smith's parents may be making headlines this week for all the wrong reasons, but that isn't slowing this 11-year old artist down one bit.

Willow appeared on BET yesterday and premiered the official video for "Fireball," a track that also features Nicki Minaj.

“Nicki Minaj is absolutely an amazing person," Smith told Ryan Seacrest of teaming with the superstar. "She has so much energy, and working with her was like just [a] spark. We were coming together with all our art and everything and it was amazing,”

Willow Smith has enjoyed an incredibly successful 2011, sky-rocketing to fame with singles such as "Whip My Hair" and "21st Century Girl."

But Will and Jada's 11-year old daughter is only first getting started. She announced the release date over the weekend for her self-titled, debut album: fans can look for it on April 3.

The CD will feature the aforementioned tracks, along with "Fireball," Willow's collaboration with Nicki Minaj. Expect an official video for this song to go viral at some point over the next few weeks, as well.

During a tour stop in Manchester, England last week, Willow Smith was greeted by a surprise guest and an unexpected request: more cowbell!

Indeed, Justin Bieber jumped up on stage during a rendition of "Whip My Hair," pounding this unusual instrument and getting into it like Will Ferrell in arguably the greatest Saturday Night Live sketch in history.

Jaden Smith also joined in the fun, which led the following Tweet from Willow: “My big brother’s Justin and Jaden pranked me on stage tonight…#payback!!!” (Willow is opening for Justin on the European leg of his tour.)

She's already whipped her hair. Now, Willow Smith is proving that she's a 21st Century Girl.

The 10-year old sensation has released the official music video for her latest single, appearing with her pals in the middle of a desert and yanking building out of the sand as she proceeds to dance in the streets.

“I’m the type of chick that likes to rock the beat,” she croons. Watch her do exactly that now:

The 10-year daughter of Will and Jada has now moved on to becoming a "21st Century Girl," releasing a new hip hop single that opens with the verse:
