For reality TV fans of a certain age, it all began with The Hills.

Sure, Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Vanderpump Rules may deliver more outrageous moments, but before the SUR staff, before Kim, and even before Snooki, Lauren Conrad and company fought, hooked up, and lived the good life in front of an audience of millions.

The entire cast of The Hills, minus the vanquished Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, but including alumni Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, commemorated the hit MTV series' final episode Tuesday night with one last bash in Hollywood.

So much has changed between The Hills finale and what began as a Laguna Beach spinoff 102 episodes ago. But it was great to see LC back, since she started it all.

Lauren Conrad is finally returning to The Hills ... right after it ends.

One week from tonight, the girl who made the MTV reality show a hit will be on hand for the Live Reunion Show after the now-sagging series mercifully goes off the air.

In a pair of video clips previewing this evening's gripping episode of The Hills, we get a glimpse of things that were and things that are still to come.

The morning after their "secret wedding" - miraculously captured by MTV cameras - newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt reflect on non-binding nuptials and fake hangovers. We can't wait to see how the Speidi wedding is depicted tonight ...

Having risen to quasi-fame on MTV's The Hills, Whitney Port is trading up to her own, NYC-based reality show, The City. She looks gorgeous on the cover of Page Six Magazine, which (perhaps prematurely) anoints her the new Carrie Bradshaw.

Sex and the City comparisons aside, it's great to be Whitney Port these days. Here's what one of The Hollywood Gossip's favorite celebs had to say about ...
