The entire cast of The Hills, minus the vanquished Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, but including alumni Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, commemorated the hit MTV series' final episode Tuesday night with one last bash in Hollywood.

So much has changed between The Hills finale and what began as a Laguna Beach spinoff 102 episodes ago. But it was great to see LC back, since she started it all.

On hand were the likes of Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner and Audrina Patridge, along with bit players Justin-Bobby, Lo, Stephanie, that Stacie girl and many more.

The second season of The City came to an end last night. Is Whitney Port's relationship with Kelly Cutrone also over after the events we just saw play out?

When Whitney is approached by a PR woman, she quickly gets in over her head and finds herself torn between a new opportunity and her loyal supporter.

What will she decide? Here's THG's +/- recap ...

Kelly thinks it might be too early to be doing press because Whitney Port could actually end up with more orders than she can handle. Sage words. Plus 4.

Joe has Louise interview Karolina Kurkova. Keith thinks Louise has more of a TV style and Olivia's subdued approach is better for Elle.com. Really? Minus 1.

GOLDEN GIRL: Somehow, Olivia Palermo is in Elle's good books.

In Tokyo, the editor-in-chief suggests Olivia should appear on stage with the designers at a party that night so Akiko can ask her about her style. No way that would happen if she weren't on an MTV reality show, but neat! Plus 6.

Roxy Olin tells Zach she is angry about Whitney. Girl, get over it. Minus 2.

Whitney meets Alison Brod, owner of Alison Brod PR, who says they will do everything they can for Whitney Eve line if she hires them. Thin ice, Whit ... Minus 3.

Erin asks Joe who will be the new face of Elle's website. He says he hasn't decided yet, but he's hearing some great things about what Olivia is doing in Japan. Erin blatantly lobbies for Louise by mentioning her other job offer. Plus 4.

Kelly calls Whitney into her office. Dun-dun-dunnnnn!! Plus 5.

PORT OF CALL: Will Whitney jump ship from Kelly Cutrone's tutelage?

Alison has been telling people that Whitney fired Kelly and hired her. Whitney quickly apologizes and Kelly says that Alison's claims are making her look like an ambitious idiot, but Kelly's right, she got herself into this mess. Minus 4.

At a boardroom meeting, Joe announces that Olivia Palermo will be the new face of the Elle website and says he is sorry for Louise to be leaving. Erin Kaplan is not happy. "Are you OK with that?" asks Olivia with a smile. Plus 8, b!tch.

Roxy later tells Whitney that her loyalty is to Kelly. "If you sign with Alison things will change with you and Kelly," warns young Ms. Olin. Such integrity! Plus 3.

Seemingly unclear of what to do, Whitney appears deep in thought as Roxy walks away ... think this was dramatized at all? Minus 5, because we assume so.

A style showdown between Whitney Port and Rihanna is clash of fashion titans, albeit very different ones. We love these two. But there can be only one winner.

Amazingly, both The City star and fashion designer and the pop star manage to make their looks work well with wildly printed, black and white harem pants.

MC Hammer would be proud ... if he could afford an Internet connection and read this. Just kidding. Probably. Dude was in serious financial trouble for a time.

Anyway, who looks better? Check out the Whitney and Rihanna pics and vote!

Last week on The City, Whitney Port and Roxy Olin's professional relationship took a turn for the worse. Now the latter is packing her things and moving out!

Her tenure at work a disaster-in-waiting from the start, Roxy leaving was inevitable. Now she's searching for a new apartment but NYC rent isn't that cheap.

Here's THG's plus-minus recap ...

Roxy's financial woes force her to ask her director/actor father, Ken Olin, for help. It's difficult not to see Ken as the guy from Brothers & Sisters ... Minus 5.

Erin Kaplan runs into Whitney Port and asks to use her Whitney Eve line for an Elle shoot with Ashley Greene. Eclipse and The City, together at last! Plus 6.

MOVING OUT: Whether Roxy Olin is moving up is another story.

Olivia Palermo is resistive towards the Whitney Eve pieces, shockingly, despite Joe's insistence that they use them. Minus 4, because we just hate her so hard.

Roxy Olin refuses to speak to Whitney at People's Revolution. Plus 3 for the palpable awkwardness and Kelly stepping in, telling them to put it aside ... STAT.

The tension boils over in the front row of a charity fashion show, however, and Kelly is forced to intervene when the girls' fight starts to cause a scene. Minus 7.

Whitney finds out from Samantha that Roxy started looking for a place. Minus 6 for the off-chance this clears the way for Stephanie Pratt to join the cast.

ASHLEY IN WHITNEY EVE: Greene helped Port beat expectations.

Ashley Greene wears a jacket by Whitney Eve during her interview for Elle. Plus 5. Olivia interviews her but sidesteps asking about the jacket. You b!tch. Minus 5.

Olivia tells Joe she's planning a trip to Japan and asks if she can produce pieces from there for Elle. Plus 7 for the slim chance she gets stranded there indefinitely.

Plus 4 more 'cause Naturally, Seth and Erin are excited about Olivia's trip if it means her absence might become permanent. We're all thinking it, they just said it.

Ken shoots down Roxy's request for money. Plus 8. Whitney comes home to find Roxy packed and ready to move out of their apartment. It's a little sad. Minus 2.

Lauren Conrad is finally returning to The Hills ... right after it ends.

One week from tonight, the girl who made the MTV reality show a hit will be on hand for the Live Reunion Show after the now-sagging series mercifully goes off the air.

Lauren Conrad Smiles in Blue

The reunion will immediately follow the series finale of The Hills and the season finale of The City. Whitney Port reported the LC news, as well as her own attendance:

"I am so happy to tell you all that I will be attending the reunion, as will Lauren!" Whitney wrote on her official site. "I am so excited to see everyone and catch up."

"I am so excited to see what's next for them," the former Hills star and current City leading lady continued. "It's been so long since we have all been together."

REUNITED: For one night and one night only, next Tuesday.

What remains unclear is whether Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, exiled from the show in recent weeks without notice, will appear between now and July 13.

The gruesome twosome was featured prominently in the first part of this season, but then Spencer went haywire, they supposedly broke up in real life, etc.

It's not clear why, but there has been no explanation of their vanishing from the series. Tonight, the penultimate episode of The Hills airs, followed by The City.

The former will likely focus on Kristin and Audrina's predictably boring romantic drama. Sigh. We can only hope Speidi returns to liven things up one last time.

Whitney Port knows a thing or two about style, which you know if you watch The City or just read websites like this one. The Cali cutie's got an eye for design.

Brooklyn Decker, meanwhile, tends to make fairly decent style fashion selections herself, though it certainly never hurts to be a Sports Illustrated cover model.

Who rocked this similarly striped look better, however?

The reality star and Whitney Eve entrepreneur pairs her Alice + Olivia sequined top with ripped jeans and a blazer for shopping in the Big Apple recently (left).

The wife of Andy Roddick paired her white and black striped shirt with a khaki skirt while in N.Y.C. Was she able to out-duel Whitney in this style showdown?

You be the judge of that ...

Always treading dangerously, has Whitney Port and Roxy Olin's professional relationship finally hit the skids - and is Olivia Palermo halfway competent?

These unexpected developments made for an interesting episode of The City as our girls wrestled with increasingly high stakes in their career pursuits.

Whitney Eve Picture

Here's THG's plus-minus recap ...

Joe asks Olivia to interview Prabul Gurung for the Martha Stewart segment they're doing. Olivia says she knows what she is doing. Doubtful. Minus 2.

Kelly's friend Jian is launching Canadian musician Lights but they've just been robbed and needs looks for her tour. Whitney Eve to the rescue! Plus 4.

The only problem? Asking Roxy to oversee this. Whitney suggests they go through the lookbook together, but Roxy Olin says she's got it solo. Minus 3.

CITY LIGHTS: Whitney's hopes dimmed a little, while Olivia shined.

At Prabul's showroom, Olivia suggests a look Joe and Prabul love. Prabul pulls out a white dress and suggests Olivia wear it on the red carpet. Plus 5.

Roxy tries to get Lights interested in Whitney's clothes, but she's hesitant. Roxy does get her to take a Whitney Eve jacket to wear on stage. Plus 4.

At the show, Whitney's joy becomes horror when Lights walks on stage wearing the jacket, but instantly drops it in a sad heap on the floor. Minus 9.

Wearing Prabul, Olivia Palermo looks stunning in the dress, Joe says as he praises her in front of Rachel Roy and editor-in-chief Robbie. Wow. Plus 6.

Whitney Port is pissed, but Roxy says she can't force Lights to wear things. Plus 5, because Whitney rightfully says she got nothing out of the night.

Olivia Palmero doesn't care what Erin Kaplan's opinion is.

This was a central theme of The City last night, as it is in every episode. But rarely are feelings in this feud declared so overtly. Talk about taking it to a new level!

Whitney Port Cleavage Picture

Meanwhile, will Roxy Olin actually prove her worth?

Amazingly, these much-maligned aspiring fashionistas both boosted their stock in a solid episode of The Hills spinoff, which continues to entertain and surprise.

We begin THG's +/- recap of last night's The City, "One Girl's Trash," with Olivia preparing for a shoot with Ke$ha by visiting the Trash & Vaudeville store:

TRASH THIS: We often do, but Olivia surprisingly salvaged the Ke$ha shoot.

The owner suggests a pair of spiked boots which Kyle asks Olivia to try on. She does but refuses to walk around the store in them. Too much effort for O. Plus 3.

Whitney Port is preparing to showcase her collection at a buyers' event. Too bad Roxy is her right-hand man ... woman. Minus 4, because she's a total liability.

At the office, Kate goes over the items for the Ke$ha shoot. Plus 5 for when Seth asks Olivia if Erin approved the accessories and Olivia does not give a f*%k.

Louise Roe says she doesn't want Olivia to think she is taking her position. Olivia says she doesn't think that. We call BS on both of these catty liars. Minus 11.

For the shoot, Louise and Olivia both suggest Nicholas Kirkwood. "Great minds think alike!" L says. Or Louise Roe and Olivia Palermo for that matter. Minus 3.

ON THE ROX: Whit's relationship with her old friend sure was ... for a bit.

After a buyer cancels a big order, Kelly tells Whitney to let it burn so she remembers this, and saves millions down the line. Plus 8 for Kell's blunt, sage wisdom.

Whitney blames Roxy for losing the sale and stresses over the unsold merchandise. Minus 5, but might Roxy redeem herself? At least she's going to try ...

Ke$ha arrives and is full on impressed by the shoes and purse Olivia suggests. Seth says it's like she read Joe and Ke$ha's minds. Color us shocked. Plus 9.

Sure enough, Roxy pursues and makes a sale to a chic boutique, WiNK, which wants pieces by this weekend. She delivers! Color us shocked again! Plus 9.

After the Elle brass looks at the Ke$ha pictures, Olivia insists it was all her and that Erin's "masterplan" to "pin" her against Louise won't work. Plus 10.

Whenever Katy Perry hits the red carpet, as she did last night at the at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards, you know she's going to make a fashion splash.

The girl can sell records. Notice we didn't say she can sing.

The 25-year-old wore a bright blue Ashish dress with sexy cut-outs. Later in the night, she rocked “California Gurls.” We'd prefer just to look at that dress.

Meanwhile, The City star Whitney Port arrived in a colorful dress that's right up Katy's alley too. As always, we love her fashion sense. And hair. And smile.

This is a celebrity style showdown even more difficult to choose a winner in than when Perez and Pauly D do battle, only for the complete opposite reason.

Last week was a rough one career-wise as Olivia Palermo was put on the chopping block and Whitney Port was basically told she's not a real designer on The City.

This week marked a renaissance of sorts for both. Olivia rose to the occasion somehow and avoided being fired, while Whit's fashion show in Miami was a big hit.

Here's THG's plus-minus recap of last night's The City ...

Whitney Port travels to Miami with Roxy Olin (for some reason) and feels the pressure of competition and putting on a show without Kelly. Real world, girl. Plus 5.

Olivia vows her "personal relationship" with Zac Posen will score an interview. We've heard that before. Minus 4. But Joe Zee says get it or you're fired! Plus 4.

Miraculously, Olivia was able to stomach doing some actual work.

When model Erica is seen with another designer, she suggests "sharing" but Whitney basically calls dibs. Models. Just like pieces of meat, we tell you. Plus 7.

At the launch party, Olivia poses on the red carpet (obviously, because she's a star) before Joe sends her to get Zac ... then decides to tail her a$$. Plus 8.

Impressed, Joe says this is "the reason he hired" Olivia. Minus 19, because dude, she got lucky like once, and should have been fired months ago. Get real.

Seriously, how is getting an interview with someone she already knew in any way impressive? Unless Joe just means he hired her for publicity ... okay, Wash.

At a Miami boutique, Whitney and Roxy Olin decide her designs would fit in well. Roxy is actually useful and meets the buyer, who agrees to peep it. Plus 5.

Editor-in-chief Robbie and editorial director Keith watch Olivia. Erin says they should compare it to Louise Roe's recent interview. Dun-dun-dunnn! Plus 6.

Whitney Eve is a hit - and not just with THG!

Amazingly, they determine that "everyone has their strengths" and "Olivia is good at what she does." No idea what that would be, but sure thing! Minus 11.

Louise and Olivia meet and hit it off. Plus 4, since Olivia is either clueless about Louise angling to take her job, or just doesn't care, since MTV won't let her.

Roxy appears to be quite frustrated about the apparent disorganization at the show. Roxy? Complaining about a lack of focus? Who'd have guessed. Minus 5.

Despite setbacks, the show is a success, and Whitney Port takes a well-deserved curtain call - and Shari and Pamela decide to carry Whitney Eve! Plus 10.

No matter how many doors are open for Whitney because of her fame, you have to at least respect how seriously she takes her line, and hope it succeeds.

TOTAL: +10. SEASON: -53.
