Facing every parent's worst nightmare, Usher and Tameka Foster have been forced to come together under horrific circumstances, following a jet skiing accident on Saturday that left Tameka's 11-year old in a coma.

Doctors say Kyle Glover is clinically brain dead as a result of the crash, and sources tell Us Weekly Usher and his ex have put all differences aside for the time being as they decide what to do next.

"Tameka and Usher don't get along, but in this circumstance Usher is coming to her side," says the insider. "Usher practically raised Kyle as his own. He's known him for seven years. It is so sad what happened."

Usher is NOT dead, despite Twitter reports to the contrary.

The star is alive and well ... and really ripped, apparently!

The R&B sensation became the latest "victim" of the lame and morbid trend of creating fake celebrity death stories and watching the rumors spread like wildfire online.

Way to go, hoax starters and people re-tweeting them! You really proved your point, or something! Anyway, Usher quickly assured us there's no need to worry:

"I must've died and went to heaven... Alive and cold kickin ass!!" he tweeted, along with a photo showing off his shirtless, buff bod, adding: "Livin' Legend!"

Now that's how you refute a death hoax.

Tameka Foster is not seeking to strip Usher of custody of the former couple's two children. At least not according to a Tweet by the singer's ex-wife.

A day after TMZ published court documents that outlined a number of complaints Tameka has issued concerning Usher's treatment of her  - while printing a headline that paraphrases Tameka as saying Usher does not "deserve" their kids - Foster took to Twitter and ranted:

"Yeah... Great way to wake up huh? Some bs. Ppl have no idea about how crazy & deep this all is. The headline is a lie, also its negative because it only tells a morsel. Nothing but lies really sickening!"

Among other problems with her ex, Tameka says Usher has failed to comply with previous agreements that require him to ask her permission before hiring a nanny; allow her time with their sons during the summer and during Christmas; and that he must give her the option of caring for the children during any extended time away.

So, what is the truth? Tameka has not said any more and, at the moment, all we have are legal papers on one side versus a 140-character-or-less statement on the other side.

If Tameka truly wants to clear her name, she may want to get off Twitter and get into a courtroom.

Faced with questions and Tweets about her participation in an Usher sex tape, Tameka Foster has responded today with the same basic answer over and over:

I had intercourse with my husband. Shoot me!

"NEWSFLASH!! BREAKING NEWS! GUESS WHAT??!!" Foster wrote this morning. "I have copulated w/my husband! O_O. Why is this news again?? #ConfusedTweet. End of discussion."

The news, of course, is that Foster and Usher copulated... and filmed said copulation... and somehow left the footage on a computer they placed inside a car. That's the story, at least.

Based on the aggressive way in which Tameka is acknowledging the video, many will claim she is the one behind its (inevitable) leak.

"I cant stress over what I cant change," she Tweeted this afternoon. "Hey I was married, happily. So theres a chance that we might…Its silly 'news' 2 me."

But it's still news. And this is the first time anyone has thought about Tameka Foster in years. Let the conspiracy theories begin.

It's a lot more than National Pancake Day, folks.

In case you hadn't heard, it's also Justin Bieber's birthday, as the young icon turns 17 years old. As you might expect, one of the fans who has sent out best wishes to the star is his mentor, Usher.

But the hip hop artist did a lot more than merely Tweet out "“Happy Birthday Lil Bro...I love you and hope you are enjoyin’ your BIG 17th" this afternoon. He also posted a special birthday remix (below) and asked fans to donate to a worthy cause.

Bieber himself has sent out a link to his Charity: Water page, as he attempts to raise $17,000 for clean water in developing nations. You really have to applaud both these stars for taking advantage of their celebrity in a worthwhile way, don't you?

Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake and Usher are going dark.

All in the name of charity. The aforementioned foursome and others are signing off Twitter and Facebook Tuesday until they raise $1 million for World AIDS Day.

Keys' charity, Keep A Child Alive, is staging a campaign that will have celebs such as Lady GaGa, Justin Timberlake, and Usher signing off of all social media.

PEACE OUT: Donate money or Usher won't be back on Twitter!

The "Digital Life Sacrifice" will feature the stars' filming "last tweet and testament" videos which will show them lying coffins to represent their "digital death."

"It's really important and super-cool to use mediums that we naturally are on," Keys said. "It's so important to shock you to the point of waking up."

"It's not that people don't care or it's not that people don't want to do something, it's that they never thought of it quite like that. This is direct, instantly emotional way, a little sarcastic too, as a way to get people to pay attention."
