In any event, Usher and Chris Brown are apparently hitting the road together. Mutual producer Bryan-Michael Cox recorded a segment for Jermaine Dupri’s Living The Life Youtube show and made the announcement personally.

Does that sound like a tandem you'd pay to see?

Chris Brown and Usher will be touring together.

Usher has been enjoying a solid year with the hit song "OMG" and as the mentor of the cultural phenom that is Justin Bieber. Not a bad guy to be associated with.

As for his touring partner, we haven't heard much from Chris since his fake BET Awards tears a few months back. Hopefully he's doing well, whatever he's up to.

Note to 14-year old girls around the country: you think you're a big Justin Bieber fan? Ha!

Look at what Usher has to say about this singer to In Touch Weekly:

“Justin Bieber is someone I’m not just endorsing as a talent, he’s someone I’m nurturing as an artist. He’s my artist. He’s an incredible talent. He’s a young man who I think represents all of what’s needed in this time to be an artist and be successful.

"You look at the different genres of music now, and it’s either electric dance or acoustic sound - you’ve got the Jonas Brothers, and you’ve got Lady Gaga. I think that Justin’s able to do all of it — because he plays piano, he plays guitar, he plays drums, he can dance - so a lot of it is easy to pick when I introduce a different movement to him.”

As for Usher, the man who signed him and who is featured in his "Somebody to Love" music video, Justin said:

"I'm very blessed to have him, because he's been through it all - he basically started at my age. I have this ability to ask him questions. He told me to stay humble and stay grounded, which is very important.”

Wednesday night's American Idol not only featured the elimination of Didi Benami, but a performance from Usher and a cameo by Justin Bieber himself.

Bieber stopped by to support his mentor Usher, who also coached the Idol aspirants this week, but also to tape his upcoming "Idol Gives Back" segment.

Naturally, this being Justin Bieber, he caused flat-out pandemonium.

After he was done, a 'tween fan rushed the stage, prompting security to intervene with a secure bear hug before she could present herself to J-Biebs.

Speaking of crazed fans, more than a few 13-year-old girls were so excited when Bieber came out to tape "Idol Gives Back" that they started crying.

Leave it to protege Bieber to upstage mentor Usher ...

OMG: Usher performs on American Idol.

After a lengthy process of getting him to the point where he could actually perform without the stage being ambushed, things went according to plan.

Finally, Justin Bieber, who now boasts the #1 album in the U.S. as well as some amazing hair, took to the stage and performed "U Smile and "Baby."

When this performance actually airs on the Fox show's annual "Idol Gives Back" special, we strongly suggest you find a hat and hold the f*%k onto it.

One is a multi-platinum artist with an extremely successful R&B career. The other runs a gym on Staten Island and has no business at the Grammys whatsoever.

Usher and Mike Sorrentino (a.k.a. The Situation from Jersey Shore) may have little in common, but they both showed up on the red carpet Sunday night in L.A.

That's good enough for a THG Grammy fashion face-off!

Looking dapper as always, Ush dressed to the nines and showcased that baby face we've grown to love. The Situation ... well, he did what The Situation does.

Looks like the haters may have been right all along.

According to reports, Usher recently called the police on his soon-to-be ex-wife, accusing Tameka Foster of sneaking onto his property and keying his car.

Law enforcement sources say that when officers arrived at the baby-faced star's crib, Tameka (who now goes by Tameka Raymond) was nowhere in sight.

Police later interviewed both Tameka and Usher, but decided there was no evidence or witnesses to substantiate Usher's claim that she scratched his ride.

But the drama didn't end there.

Police sources say Usher called the cops on Tameka again several days later, complaining that Tameka again got onto his property and wouldn't leave.

By the time cops arrived that time, Tameka took off.

Usher filed for divorce back in June ... but it hasn't been finalized just yet. They have two kids, Usher Raymond V, 21 months; and Naviyd, 9 months.

He has since been linked to Grace Miguel.

We owe every Tameka Foster hater an apology.

From the outset of her relationship with Usher, his fans have been bashing Foster and her intentions with the R&B singer. Looks like they were right.

A few weeks after it was announced that the couple had been living apart for almost a year, Foster is going on record with her supposed ignorance over the state of her marriage.

In a court filing this week, Tameka claims she and her soon-to-be ex-husband have not been separated since July 2008 and were actually "intimately together" less than a week before he began divorce proceedings.

Come on, Tameka. TMI!

She had "every reason to believe her marriage was intact," Foster's lawyer states in documents filed Monday in Atlanta.

However, because it clearly was not, the mother of two sons with Usher now aims for her estranged husband to take care of all legal fees pertaining to the divorce and to continue to support his family financially.

Let's hope Grace Miguel, Usher's rumored new squeeze, is a bit more of an understanding woman. Can't a brother just sing, dance, sport the best abs in Hollywood and be left alone when he wants to be?

The singer was lambasted for his poor judgment when he married Tameka Foster; now, almost two years later, the couple is getting a divorce.

“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” an insider told In Touch Weekly. “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”

Usher and Tameka are parents to a pair of toddlers: Usher Raymond V, 18 months; and Naviyd, 6 months.

While this is sad news, at least it clears Usher of any infidelity charges. The singer has been spotted recently with Grace Miguel. With abs like his, no shock that it doesn't take long to move on!

That's the rumor. According to sources, the baby-faced crooner has been seen with a "mystery woman" identified as Grace Miguel, an Island Def Jam staffer.

It gets worse (or better, if you're a Tameka hater, or Grace Miguel).

Last week, KM Press saw Miguel and Usher - who married Tameka Foster in 2007 - at Malibu Country Market, and the star wasn't wearing his wedding ring!

Moreover, Usher and Grace Miguel were spotted by celebrity photo agency X17 entering the Sun set Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood on Thursday evening.

We think this is Grace Miguel. We are not entirely confident of this, but it's the best we've got for now. The Island Def Jam staffer may be having an affair with Usher.

In February, the N.Y. Post reported that Tameka Foster, who lives in Atlanta with her kids, was livid because Usher refused to let her come to Las Vegas, where he was recording his new album at the time. Usher's rep refused to comment.

Grace Miguel also did not return calls for comment. This is the second most scandalous Usher sighting of the last month, following his night out with Chris Brown.

Making his first appearance in public in quite some time, alleged batterer and issuer of criminal threats Chris Brown sat with pal Usher and watched the Orlando Magic take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA playoffs Sunday night in Florida.

Usher is part owner of the Cavaliers. Chris Brown has yet to own up to beating the living crap out of Rihanna after attending a pre-Grammy party in February.

Chris Brown's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday. His lawyer will attempt to get the case thrown out as a result of the leaked Rihanna photo.

Weeks after Chris Brown "allegedly" used Rihanna's face as his personal speed bag (only to have her inexplicably take him back), a celebrity is calling him out.

Specifically, Usher is slamming Brown over weekend photos that show the troubled 19-year-old singer smiling and riding around on jet skis like a tool in Miami.

In a behind-the-scenes video for Jermaine Dupri's "Living the Life" series, Usher is seen talking about the pictures with some other men in a recording studio.

"I'm a little disappointed," Usher says about the Chris Brown photos.

"After the other photo [of Rihanna's battered face]? C'mon, Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man's on jet skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?"

Usher probably wouldn't be buddy-buddy with Chris Brown nowadays.

Brown - who is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday for allegedly assaulting Rihanna February 8 in L.A., unless the D.A. postpones the court date (likely) - and Rihanna were staying at a house owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs on Star Island.

Mr. Tameka Foster was far from pleased with this display.

Although Rihanna wasn't spotted with him, Brown was photographed several times smiling, riding a jet ski and flexing his arm muscles like a total loser.

Both Chris Brown and Rihanna were photographed arriving in L.A. Monday.
