Her rep was quick to deny it yesterday, but it looks like that was just a formality. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker will indeed split after three years, Us reports.

Multiple sources say the Desperate Housewives star found out that her husband was exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year.

It's unclear who their mutual friend is or what the extent of Tony's relationship with her was, but we're talking "hundreds of texts" in just one week material.

Earlier, sources said the actress planned to file for divorce soon as today, and we can now confirm Eva has already filed to end her marriage to Parker.

"Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," says an insider, noting Tony confessed his behavior - which took place for nearly a year - after she confronted him.

"Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over. Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him. She’s inconsolable."

Less than an hour ago, we reported that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker were splitting after three years of marriage, and that Tony filed for divorce in Texas.

Now her rep says it's completely false!

Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas told TMZ the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge, but Eva's rep says Tony did not file.

The San Antonio Spurs star does not even have a divorce lawyer, she says, and another clerk now says no such divorce case has crossed her desk.

The Desperate Housewives actress and the San Antonio Spurs star married back in July 2007, and has his initials and jersey number tattooed on her body.

Longoria was to appear at the taping of Anderson Cooper's CNN Heroes of 2010 special this weekend, but canceled, sparking rumors something was up.

Fortunately, it looks like the rumors, however they started, simply spiraled out of control and people jumped the gun. Hopefully, they're happy as ever!

The ongoing Tony Parker birthday celebration continued over the weekend.

For the third time in two weeks, wife Eva Longoria threw her man a party in honor of the Spurs guard turning 28 on May 17. Following bashes in Miami and Los Angeles, the couple graced the red carpet of Eve nightclub in Las Vegas Saturday night.

"I got him a lot of things," the Desperate Housewives star said. "I got him four-wheelers because he wanted a new four-wheeler, and I got him a Microsoft surface computer that he can touch and play with."

If we were Parker, there's only one thing we'd want to touch and play with every night: Eva herself.

Parker, who has so much free time because the Spurs lost in the second round of the NBA playoffs, said: "I don’t have a birthday wish list. Whatever she gives me I’m fine with it. I’m happy."

That's the sort of holiday gesture we can get behind.

They're gorgeous, they're happy and they're almost never seen too far from the other one's side.

Yet somehow Tony Parker and Eva Longoria always fly under the celebrity couple radar. People are more interested in drama (Hello, Jon and Kate Gosselin!) than marital bliss. It's sad, really.

But that may soon change, now that the basketball star and the Desperate Housewives actress have posed for a very sexy ad campaign with trench coat maker London Fog. We challenge the public not to discuss the pair now!

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have been married for about a year.

And, according to the Desperate Housewives star, everything is perfect so far.

"Married life agrees with me because I'm very traditional and I'm very domestic and Tony is the same way," the actress told Extra, adding that a litter of adorable children will soon be on the way:

"We can't wait to start a family. I'm so excited about that chapter in our lives and you'll know what it happens."

During the San Antonio Spurs vs. New Orleans Hornets playoff game last night, one New Orleans fan came up with a creative way to distract point guard Tony Parker:

Remember when X17 - a celebrity photo agency - made the tiny mistake of accusing Tony Parker of having an affair with model Alexandra Paressant? Despite the fact that, you know, the Spurs guard had never met the gold digger?

Well, months later, the company posted an apology to Parker and wife Eva Longoria:

"X17online.com and X7 [sic], Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife."

In a related story, Ashley Dupre would like to apologize to Eliot Spitzer for any inconvenience her charging him money for sex may have caused.

Simply stating that he has never met Alexandra Paressant isn't enough for Tony Parker.

The basketball star has filed a lawsuit against X17, the celebrity photo agency that posted articles and text messages alleging that he cheated on Eva Longoria shortly after the couple were married.

TMZ has obtained the suit's documents, in which Parker claims X17 defamed him: "X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source."

X17 was not shy in stating that Alexandra Paressant had "an affair with Mr. Eva Longoria and that the two carried on a secret relationship for about two months."

Tony Parker is taking action, filing a lawsuit and basically saying: "I've seen Eva Longoria nude. Why would I cheat?!?"

According to the lawsuit, Parker is especially baffled that the company did not try to "verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or....anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations."

The suit seeks $20 million and adds: "Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant."

Now, if only John Edwards would follow this example and file a suit against Rielle Hunter, it might go a long way toward clearing his name.
