Eva Longoria was devastated when she discovered her husband, Tony Parker, had been trading sexual texts with Erin Barry, the wife of his former teammate.

Erin and Brent Barry had been close friends with Eva and Tony at one point, making the betrayal even harder on the Desperate Housewives star, reports say.

That's why she decided to blindside him by filing for divorce from Parker before they decided to take the breakup news public, according to Radar. Point, Eva!

Following the shocking revelation of his affair with Erin Barry, Eva Longoria has issued a brief statement confirming she is divorcing Tony Parker.

"It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce," she said of Parker, whom she married back in 2007.

"We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness."

Citing irreconcilable differences, she filed for divorce Wednesday morning in L.A. Superior Court. Rumors of their split began earlier in the week.

Parker reportedly had an affair with Erin Barry, his teammate's wife, earlier in his marriage to Longoria, then kept in touch with her on Facebook.

Says a source, "Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal."

Eva Longoria recently discovered that her husband had also been exchanging texts with Barry for a year, several hundred in one month even.

Earlier, we reported the rumor that Tony Parker not only cheated on Eva Longoria, he cheated with a teammate's wife. We can now confirm it's true, and who it is:

The father of the former San Antonio Spurs player, Rick Barry, confirmed the news to TMZ today and says he worries Brent will be "devastated" by the news.

Brent played with Parker from 2004-2008, and is in the middle of a divorce from Erin Barry. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are in the middle of one, too, as of earlier this afternoon, when the Desperate Housewives star filed the paperwork.

Rick Barry says "I feel horrible for my son. I'm in shock. I knew [Erin] was moving out of the house soon and SHE was the one that filed for divorce."

"This is the straw that broke the camel's back. [Brent] is going to be devastated. I can't even imagine going through this ... the divorce was hard enough."

We're guessing Eva Longoria knows the feeling.

Eva has officially filed to divorce him, and even though she's the one who filed the legal documents, sources say the Desperate Housewife is "devastated."

Her friend Mario Lopez of Extra says Longoria told him she found hundreds of text messages to the NBA star's phone from the wife of one of his teammates.

The woman's identity has not been revealed at this time, nor was the name of the San Antonio Spurs teammate. But that does narrow it down considerably.

Longoria also says that Tony Parker cheated on her earlier in their marriage and that he kept in touch with the woman on Facebook, according to Lopez.

Who could it be? Tim Duncan or Manu Ginobili maybe? While the latter's wife just had a baby (twins in fact), that didn't stop A-Rod or David Boreanaz.

It's not Richard Jefferson... he left his fiancee and might be gay. A dark horse? Gary Neal, who signed this summer and got married right before that.

Her rep was quick to deny it yesterday, but it looks like that was just a formality. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker will indeed split after three years, Us reports.

Multiple sources say the Desperate Housewives star found out that her husband was exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year.

It's unclear who their mutual friend is or what the extent of Tony's relationship with her was, but we're talking "hundreds of texts" in just one week material.

BETRAYED BY TONY: Who was Parker's alleged other woman?

Earlier, sources said the actress planned to file for divorce soon as today, and we can now confirm Eva has already filed to end her marriage to Parker.

"Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," says an insider, noting Tony confessed his behavior - which took place for nearly a year - after she confronted him.

"Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over. Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him. She’s inconsolable."

Less than an hour ago, we reported that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker were splitting after three years of marriage, and that Tony filed for divorce in Texas.

Now her rep says it's completely false!

Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas told TMZ the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge, but Eva's rep says Tony did not file.

The San Antonio Spurs star does not even have a divorce lawyer, she says, and another clerk now says no such divorce case has crossed her desk.

The Desperate Housewives actress and the San Antonio Spurs star married back in July 2007, and has his initials and jersey number tattooed on her body.

Longoria was to appear at the taping of Anderson Cooper's CNN Heroes of 2010 special this weekend, but canceled, sparking rumors something was up.

Fortunately, it looks like the rumors, however they started, simply spiraled out of control and people jumped the gun. Hopefully, they're happy as ever!

The ongoing Tony Parker birthday celebration continued over the weekend.

For the third time in two weeks, wife Eva Longoria threw her man a party in honor of the Spurs guard turning 28 on May 17. Following bashes in Miami and Los Angeles, the couple graced the red carpet of Eve nightclub in Las Vegas Saturday night.

"I got him a lot of things," the Desperate Housewives star said. "I got him four-wheelers because he wanted a new four-wheeler, and I got him a Microsoft surface computer that he can touch and play with."

If we were Parker, there's only one thing we'd want to touch and play with every night: Eva herself.

Parker, who has so much free time because the Spurs lost in the second round of the NBA playoffs, said: "I don’t have a birthday wish list. Whatever she gives me I’m fine with it. I’m happy."
