In a new Tila Tequila sex tape, this celebrity blogger lies back and really takes it from a pair of random women.

Conversely, Vivid Entertainment is NOT taking any illegal maneuvering from its competition, issuing a letter to Porn Hub that demands it remove a five-minute clip of the video from its website.

TMZ has obtained the document, which states that Vivid owns the rights to the latest desperate plea for attention from this troubled Z-lister. The company plans on releasing the tape on February 14 and tells Porn Hub that any streaming of it constitutes copyright infringement.

"There is enormous interest in this sexy and controversial celebrity, so when we were offered footage of her with two of her girlfriends, we acted immediately," said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid.  "Their sex is extraordinarily graphic and hot. We know that our fans will enjoy it because Tila's sexual appetite is like her life style - she holds nothing back."

Hirsch says the footage was shot within the last two years.

Tila Tequila is really only famous for two things:

1. Being insane.
2. Getting naked.

Combine the number of times this unstable Z-lister has posed in the buff with the number of celebrity sex tapes already on the market, and you get an incredibly boring set of images from Tila's 2004 romp with an ex-boyfriend who is allegedly blackmailing her. A Tila Tequila sex tape does not exist. How can we be so certain? Because Tila Tequila - the same woman who lied about a pregnancy and an adoption and faked a suicide attempt - claims there is one.

In an interview with Radar Online, Tila says an ex-boyfriend is trying to extort her, threatening to expose a video of the pair going at it unless she shells out $75,000.

"He has the audacity to not only betray me with the love that I had for him, but to use that to exploit me and hurt me," Tequila says, using big words we didn't think she knew existed. "This is extortion and my lawyers are fully aware and are fighting back by filing an injunction against him."

Right. Because the last thing someone as classy and someone so shy about publicity as Tila would want is for a sex tape to get out.

Another week, another bit of naked drama for Tila Tequila.

The "star" claims a "sex tape" was stolen off of her laptop.

Just days after her Ustream naked video rant shocked the world, a sex tape surfaced on a porn site (4tube.com) showing Tila in a compromising position with a naked man.

Why the Tila Tequila sex tape is surfacing now, we have no clue. Nor does Tila, who claims it was ripped from a laptop that she reported stolen roughly two years ago.

She's threatening to sue the site for posting the clip.

Tila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, who's a busy man these days, says "A police report has been filed for Tila's stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip."

He adds of his client's naked video of the day that "I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it's not removed."
