Tiger Woods may or may not be the greatest of all time, as his girlfriend claimed Sunday, but his 79th career PGA Tour was definitely one of his most special.
He savored it with his four-year-old son, Charlie.
“This is the first win he’s ever been at. That’s what makes it special for both of us,” said Woods after he destroyed the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational field.
“He’s never seen me win a golf tournament.”
With his son accompanying to the clubhouse after the win, and in speaking to the media, the top-ranked golfer offered a brief look into his private life.
