The Jonas Brothers go from the stage to the small screen this September.

The most talented, best looking siblings on the planet will star in the Disney Channel sitcom, JONAS.

In these still shots from the show, Nick and Kevin Jonas pose with their TV dad, played by John Ducey.

The brothers portray Nick, Joe and Kevin Lucas on the program, making up the band JONAS. They attempt to lead normal lives by attending private school along with BFF Stella Malone (Chelsea Staub, also pictured below).

Amazingly, the millions of morons that spent New Year's Eve soberly shivering in Times Square, shoulder-to-shoulder with complete strangers, were not the most uncomfortable people in New York City Wednesday night.

For the climactic moment of Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve, Ryan Seacrest assembled an awkward sixtet on stage, just as the ball was dropped.

Here's a look at who rung in 2009 together:

The Jonas Brothers: Baby-faced trio that has sold millions of albums in 2008. Wildly popular rising stars. Makes sense.

Demi Lovato: BFF to all The Jonas Brothers, yet utterly unknown to anyone outside of loyal celebrity gossip readers. Those at the party half our staff attended were more confused about her identity than they were about why anyone would spend New Year's Eve in Times Square.

Lionel Richie: Father of Nicole Richie. Last recorded a commercially successful album in 1986.

Taylor Swift: Ex-girlfriend of Joe Jonas. Has publicly slammed Joe for dumping her over the phone and immediately moving on with actress Camilla Belle.

You really had to watch this group ring in 2009 together in order to truly grasp how awkward it was for everyone involved. Swift turned to the crowd for the duration of the celebration, pretending to wave to fans - but likely contemplating how many bones would break if she jumped.

Want the inside scoop on The Jonas Brothers? Demi Lovato may be the best person to ask.

The young actress recently spoke to Seventeen about her adorable best buds. Here's what she had to say about these sexy siblings, as well as another famous friend:

On smooching any of The Jonas Brothers: "I've never kissed a Jonas brother, period. That would be kind of weird. Even in Camp Rock, Joe and I never kissed."

On her relationship with the singing trio: "We're all friends. They've become like brothers to me. I even put on my glasses and wear sweatpants around them because you wouldn't put makeup on for just your brothers."

On Selena Gomez: "I can totally go to her with any problem and she will not judge me, no matter what. I can trust her with anything, and she can trust me. We'll definitely take each others' secrets to the grave."

Phew. Fans of The Jonas Brothers can rest easy.

Following rumors that Nick was leaving the popular singing group, the trio took to its MySpace blog last night shoot down the talk.

At Their Premiere

"There is a rumor that one of us is leaving the group," the brothers wrote. "Not true. We love what we are doing and hope to do it together for a long time."

The Jonas Brothers also blogged about how psyched they were to be nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy this year.

"We completely freaked out when they announced that we were one of the nominees. We STILL can't believe it," they wrote. "The crew from our TV series, [JONAS], even threw us a party the f

Lil Wayne was nominated for eight Grammy Awards, including the prestigious album of the year honors. Lil Waybe will face off against Coldplay in that category. The British rockers were close behind, earning seven nominations total.

The Grammy nominations were announced on primetime TV as part of a special concert featuring live performances by Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey and some douchebag whose name we forget. The event was co-hosted by Taylor Swift.

Is there anything better than the Jonas Brothers singing live?

How about a book about the Jonas Brothers singing live? One entitled Burning Up, and cradled gently by America's favorite smoldering trio?

It can now be yours. Contain yourselves. Virginal rock gods Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas signed copies of their tour book in New York Friday ...

Who's the hottest Jonas Brother?

We're not trying to player-hate on Nick, Kevin and Joe. The Jonas Brothers seem like really good dudes. But they shouldn't be singing live. Not yet.

They are clearly awesome at starring in Disney movies, dumping Taylor Swift over the phone, wearing promise rings and eliciting squeals from teen girls.

But they ought to consider lip-synching, at least until they hit puberty and their voices fall an octave or several. There's no shame in it, guys. Take a cue from Britney Spears. The studio track not only sounds better, it allows for more dancing!

Here's the incomparable Jonas Brothers (after being introduced by the sultry Demi Lovato!) doing "Tonight" at last night's American Music Awards ...

WARNING: Be sure to secure any glass items near your computer - they may instantly combust during the parts where the guys try to harmonize.
