Evelyn Lozada swears she is DONE with Basketball Wives.

The reason is not because she was neither a wife, nor married to a basketball player. She's simply fed up and insists no amount of cash will change that.

Mmm hmm. Heard it all before. Like Sammi and Ronnie on Jersey Shore, she and the VH1 program always end up back together (and painful to watch).

Why is this time (supposedly) different?

Sources close to Evelyn say Lozada made up her mind after VH1 posted a blog implying Evelyn cheated on fiance Chad Ochocinco with Terrell Owens.

Evelyn is furious and claims the rumor - which apparently surfaced earlier this year and was a point of contention with the network - is simply untrue.

She feels betrayed by the network, which has since pulled the blog. Still, Lozada has already decided enough is enough and says she won't be back.

Evelyn is now looking for other opportunities and will focus on planning her upcoming wedding to Ochocinco, according to reports. Thank goodness.

NFL star Terrell Owens had surgery on a torn ACL in his knee, according to ESPN, which cites a source claiming he hurt himself filming The T.O. Show.

The athlete has not commented on the injury, but the best case scenario would like be that he could be available to play in "mid to late November."

That assumes there's a season (the NFL is currently in an ongoing labor dispute with no end in sight) and someone wants T.O. (he's not that good).

Owens' mediocre season with the Cincinnati Bengals was cut short when he tore meniscus cartilage in his left knee in late December of last year.

Will we see Terrell Owens on the field again? If not, his legacy will be ... unique.

By the numbers, he's one of the greatest wide receivers in NFL history. But come on. It's T.O. He'll likely be best remembered for being a malcontent with a desperate need for attention who wore out his welcome with five teams.

In a way, an injury sustained on his VH1 show would be a fitting end to the career of a man whose talent has long been overshadowed by narcissism.
