At some point, it really will happen: Teresa Giudice will be sentenced for committing various forms of financial fraud.

Giudice and husband Joe pleaded guilty to a number of charges a few months ago, a development chronicled this past Sunday night on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Their sentencing was originally pushed back until September 23, due to the death of Joe's mother, and now Teresa's lawyers are angling to get it pushed back again, this time until October 2.

On October 5, Teresa and Joe Giudice will be sentenced for their convictions on several counts of fraud. Teresa could receive up to two years in prison, and Joe nearly four.

To make matters worse, Joe Giudice never bothered to become an American citizen, meaning that after he serves his time, there's a good chance he could be shipped back to Italy.

Sources say Joe is certain that he won't be deported - but his confidence reportedly stunned his friends and lawyers, most of whom believe it's all but guaranteed that Joe will be booted out of the States given the nature and severity of his crimes.

"It seemed like a foregone conclusion that Joe would be deported,” one insider told Radar Online.

Teresa and Joe have delayed their sentencing on multiple occasions, but legal experts say they're all out of tricks and will definitely have to face the music on October 5.

On Sunday night's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Joe and Teresa Giudice pled guilty to fraud charges that could result in them getting locked up for 46 months and 27 months, respectively.

The episode was filmed over six months ago, but the Giudices have yet to face the music, as their lawyers have now successfully petitioned the court to delay their sentencing hearing for a second time.

Teresa and Joe's sentencing was pushed back to September 23 following the death of Joe Giudice's father.

Now, lawyers for the couple have requested that the hearing be delayed again - this time until October 2 - as they're still in the process of gathering information for the judge.

Sources have said that Teresa Giudice is "positive" she won't go to prison, but her recent actions seem to indicate otherwise.

First, Teresa begged Bravo not to televise her sentencing. Given her usual love of cameras and publicity, that seemed like a sure sign that the Jersey Housewife is expecting bad news.

An even clearer indication that Teresa is preparing to trade in her cocktail dresses for an orange jumpsuit is the fact that she and her husband Joe - who's also likely to do time on fraud charges - have put their $3.9 million mansion up for sale.

The Giudices purchased the home for $530,000 back in 2002, but after millions in renovations, they've transformed it into a 10,000 square foot tacky Taj Mahal.

Sunday on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 8, Joe and Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to fraud charges that could land them behind bars.

That we were expecting, as it's made headlines for months. What you won't see coming when you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online?

One of her fellow cast members' reaction to the bombshell.

Amber Marchese, for one, is already crying on the phone before Teresa even answers, and when Giudice does, is more annoyed than anything.

“Maybe it was time of the month?” Teresa wonders.

Amber tries to gather her composure, before peppering Teresa with questions and offering support. Then she hangs up and starts crying again.

Meanwhile, Melissa Gorga and Dina Manzo whisk Teresa away for a trip to Florida, because Bravo decided it would be good "to get her mind off things."

Marchese, who’s been fighting with twins Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea, is coming too. As are they. To "get them over this hump," we're told.

Because that happens on the Housewives.

In case you missed it, Victoria Gotti made a bombshell revelation on the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Gotti revealed to Teresa Giudice that the mother of Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano once slept with Teresa's husband. (While their father was in prison, no less!)

The twins apparently had no idea that this scandalous information would be revealed on air, and they're said to be furious with Bravo execs.

In fact, they were so pissed when they first learned of the scene that they both immediately quit the show and refused to even finish filming for season six.

Whether or not there are Bravo cameras at Teresa Giudice's sentencing next month, it's sure to be a dramatic day for the outspoken Real Housewives of New Jersey star.

Along with her husband Joe Giudice, Teresa was convicted of fraud back in March and could face serious jail if the judge decides to make an example of her.

The Giudice's sentencing was delayed following the death of Joe's father, but with the new date of September 23 fast approaching, friends say Teresa isn't the least bit concerned.

"Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to jail because she's the mother of four girls," a source tells Radar Online.

Combustible reality star Teresa Giudice might be getting the chop from The Real Housewives of New Jersey sooner rather than later, a new report indicates.

Teresa Giudice: Table Flipping
And now for the classic. Teresa's face is priceless as she famously flips the table. Bravo. Bravo.

Whispers of Bravo firing Giudice have been circulating for some time, having intensified since her serious legal problems became a national story.

Basically, the woman is a convict and a felon and who is very likely to serve jail time for fraud; Guidice reportedly begged Bravo not to air her sentencing.

This might be a case of "be careful what you wish for," as you may not see her if you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey beyond this season.

All reality shows thrive on drama, but it appears this one may be attempting to preserve a modicum of remaining respect by firing Teresa as soon as possible.

Rumors have indicated that Bravo executives would fire her before she ended up in jail, and that she made it easy on them by feuding with the network.

Sunday on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 7, special guest Victoria Gotti full-on dropped a BOMB on the Bravo show's cast.

What did she have to say? And about whom? You can watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online to see, or follow along for our recap below ...

First, we begin with Amber Marchese going to visit Melissa Gorga, who is grieving for her aunt, who passed away after a prolonged battle with cancer.

Then, we see Nicole Napolitano chat with her mom about Bobby. Her mom and Teresa Aprea are both worried that this lifelong bachelor will not commit.

At Teresa Guidice's home, she and Melissa are having a date night, with Teresa throwing shade every chance she gets (to the cameras, not Melissa's face).

One can understand why she's not in the best mood, even if it's Valentine's Day. Teresa and Joe Giudice have a mountain range of legal bills to pay.

After she and her husband were guilty were found guilty on several counts of fraud, it began to look as though Teresa Giudice would be headed to prison.

Their original sentencing date was delayed following the death of Joe Giudice's father, but now the new day of reckoning is fast approaching, and Teresa is reportedly begging Bravo not to send a Real Housewives of New Jersey camera crew to document what may turn out to be the worst day of her life.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Head to Court

"Teresa doesn't want cameras from Bravo to be at her sentencing on September 23," says a source close to the network. "[She] has told producers of the show her thoughts. Bravo doesn't care what Teresa wants or thinks and they are done protecting her."

Teresa has complained about being "exploited" by Bravo in the past, and her diva-like behavior on set coupled with her habit of bad-mouthing the network has gained her little sympathy from execs.

Even so, if Bravo does send cameras Teresa's sentencing hearing, they'll likely be doing so not as an act of revenge, but out of a desire to protect their investment.
