The Real Housewives of New Jersey had half the cast trying to be "Best Frenemies Forever" but how long will the tenuous truce last?

We call out who's a dirty dog and who can't handle basic grammar in THG's +/- review.

The hour begins with Melissa Gorga heading out to her husband's construction site to drop off some papers. As the mud gets on her designer boots shy whines, "Is it always this dirty here?"

Melissa Gorga Continues To Sing

Minus 15. It's a construction site! I'm guessing she doesn't visit much… and I hope that equipment Joe Gorga had her driving was adequately insured because it looked as though someone was going to get hurt.

Joe's all hyped up about his photo shoot for a Sizzle Tan billboard. What makes him qualified? "I am perfect."  Minus 18. No lack of ego here.

With word of the Teresa Giudice fraud case spreading around the nation, many cast members involved with the Real Housewives franchise are concerned about this mother of four.

"She may need some help raising those children," Lea Black (Miami) tells People. "The consequences may be bigger than anyone would think."

During the 39-charge indictment and subsequent court hearing last week, it came out that Joe Giudice is not an American citizen and could face deportation if found guilty over certain crimes.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are staring at up to 50 years in prison, but has made it clear that she and Joe Giudice are a united front.

“I support Joe,” she said after her indictment on 39 criminal charges. “As a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our daughters and me.”

The Giudices could be in very deep trouble for crimes that range from mail and bank fraud to lying about their income when applying for bankruptcy.

They surrendered to authorities this week and are free on bail.

Love, family and commitment aside, her loyalty could be a calculated move, as insiders say he may try to protect his wife as much as he can in their trial.

If Teresa Giudice is looking for sympathy these days, she may wanna look someplace other than in the heart of a former member of the Bravo family.

With Giudice and her husband facing 39 counts of fraud and up to five decades in jail, Bethenny Frankel was asked yesterday about Teresa's legal plight.

"I haven't paid that much attention," Frankel said at the Television Critics Association summer press tour. "Do I feel sorry for them? No, I don't. Not so much, because it broke the law."

"You broke the law and you went on television. That's not really that smart."

Frankel is going through an ugly divorce from Jason Hoppy, however.

Teresa Giudice has a few things to worry about these days aside from her television career.

Like her husband getting deported. And the couple facing up to 50 years in prison.

But in light of the charges levied against her for bank, wire and mortgage fraud, Giudice now also must wonder: Does she have a future on Bravo? Will she get the boot from The Real Housewives of New Jersey?

And what about that proposed spinoff that would have found Teresa and Joe owning a cupcake shop?

Giudice has thanked fans for their support, but for how long will it last?

And what should Bravo do with its troubled star?

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband Joe have been indicted on 39 counts and appeared yesterday in federal court to face charges that include bank fraud and wire fraud.

They are now free on $500,000 bond and Teresa's lawyer says his client is trying to remain "calm, cool and collected" in the face of such woes.

On Way to Federal Court

"She's been through a lot, as everybody who watches the show knows," Henry E. Klingeman told Us Weekly. "[There have been] challenges, both personal and professional, and she deals with them in due course and she'll deal with this one."

This is the first, of course, that involves a possible 50-year prison sentence.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are "On Thin Guid-Ice" as the retreat continues. We recap the drunken hugs and apologies in our THG +/- review.

Dr. V score some points as she quickly reduces Joe Gorga and Teresa Guidice to sobbing puddles. Plus 12. That didn't take long at all.

Hug It Out

But I wouldn't expect tearful hugs from everyone.

The good doctor marches back downstairs for her next victim and assures them all that she's not murdering anyone upstairs.  I don't think some in that crowd would have a problem if she were.
